Hi there,

I'm interested in house forniture but I'm not so able to divide space inside cafè corner to create a small Hall, and some bedrooms for the Hotel.

Did someone tryed to make a furniture for cafè corner and green grocer set?

many thanks for your ideas,

Cheers

It's definitely possible, I did it but unfortunately it's been disassembled. :cry_sad:

On the second floor of the CC you give it a three stud hallway next to the staircase. You build a wall along the hallway parallel to the staircase and then you can further split that into two rooms (you can leave it as one, it's your preference). Similiar deal with the upper floor. It'll get pretty cramped, I'd say this is a pretty good inspiration for fitting a lot in a small space. Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot but.. unfortunatly it's not so simple to realize what you wrote me.

I found some pics about a project but it's not so armoniously.

I'll try to change it.

I've got the Green Grocers and I'm sourcing the parts for Cafe Corner, so I've been looking for the same thing. These photos might help. The sets down the right hand side show loads of different bits of furniture, some of it commissioned for the DK Lego Ideas Book. I'll be checking the book out today.

I'd really like to get this book

I had a look at the book yesterday and, unless I'm missing something there are no instructions, just photos of the furniture. It's a shame really. I know it's an ideas book and I understand it would be impossible to print all the instructions in one book, but they could link it in with a website or something and provide a unique code in the book for access to the website.

If you have a flickr account, then I'm sure you could send some sort of message to d-hingdon, and ask her for instructions, or tips, since she seems to have some eerie gift for building minifig scale furniture! :sweet:
