Thanks David.

Very nice indeed, have u ever used just 1 xl motor for drive in any of ur videos?if so was it lacking power or could it still drive on sand.

Regards

David

Yes david in my first model i used 1 XL motor and its workt, but you must lock the rear diff but afther a 30 min dif middel and front diff gona be cranking in the sand.

The best way for in sand is lock front and back diffs but for tarmac you must have a working diff in the front ohter wise he pulls at one side.

very nice moc :)

why don't you add a waterpump for some real action? :) i made a waterpomp once and it can be done really compact, squirts about 20 - 30 cm far, nice for your front nossle :D

Look at upgrade video on youtube http://youtu.be/3vcl5YiWLww. i tried it with a real waterpump in the chassis but it was leaking and the motors don't like water.

If you wanted to have a working water canon, you could use a set-up similar to ricardocrl's vending machines (

and
). Instead of pumping water, it pumps air into the top of a water tight container, and because of the pressure, the liquid is forced out of the container via another hose. That way, the liquid isn't coming into contact with any of your pneumatics (so they won't rust), and it should minimise leakages (only one hose gets wet). You do have to use a (non-Lego?) water tight container though. Edited by Splat
