Oky Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 (edited) Except they look nothing like them. I can see how the ravenclaw might be based off of Cho, but the others are probably just generic characters. But if I had to guess, it would be: Gryffindor: Olliver Wood Slytherin: Gregory Goyle Hufflepuff: Zacharias Smith Edited February 10, 2011 by Oky Wan Kenobi Quote
Vindicare Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 (edited) Definitely not heads of house....the Gryffindor is a boy...they all are boys I'd say, judging by their hair. EDIT- Not a bad guess Oky! I would have to agree. Edited February 10, 2011 by Legocrazy81 Quote

Oky Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 (edited) No more images yet anyone ? Yes, I have hundreds of new images, but I was waiting for someone to ask me to post them. Is this new? I found it on Brickipedia... EDIT: I probably shouldn't deeplink it. Edited February 10, 2011 by Oky Wan Kenobi Quote
Clone OPatra Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 We might not have heard of that sticker book before, but that doesn't make it interesting. Quote

Oky Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 We might not have heard of that sticker book before, but that doesn't make it interesting. True, but it's the only new image I can provide. By new images do you mean images of the Forbidden Forest and Knight Bus? Or are you just joking? If you do have them, please post I was being sarcastic. If there were new images, they'd be all over the web by now. Don't worry, if I see something reliable that's not in this thread, I'd post it. Quote

sebarabas Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 After looking closer to the box I noticed that in the left there's what appears to be another box... And after looking all the sets I noticed that there isn´t a box who may fit in there, so my conclusion after thinking a while on it at the cape thet is shown and what appears to be leaves I concluded that is the box for forbbiden forest!!!! Ceroknight Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 I wish there's Voldmort that's true I think this set lacks villains Quote
Harrypotterfreak Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 I wish there's Voldmort Well, as I said earlier, that other set in the pic. is most likely the FF, as it has a minifig with a white hand and cape. This description leads me to believe it's Voldemort, and he comes in the FF set. I just wish we could get a bigger pic. of it!!!!! Quote
Ravenxl7 Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 Assuming that one of the towers is going to represent Ravenclaw tower, I wouldn't be surprised if the statue of her was in this set. Would technically be a minifigure, but looking back at pictures of last years castle set, the knight figure wasn't advertised on the front of the box, or in the minifigure line-up. Makes sense to me anyways. Also, I'm really hoping that the Harry figure included ends up in his "normal" clothes rather than his school uniform. Neville isn't wearing his uniform, so I don't see why Harry should. Can't wait to see more pictures of the Battle for Hogwarts set, and to finally see pictures of the other two sets. Out of curiosity, anybody here going to be reporting from the New York Toy Fair? Quote
Orejon8 Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 I've found out some New York Toy Fair news at A Modular Life. It states: "Building adventure returns to Hogwarts™ with best-selling LEGO HARRY POTTER™ as favorite characters meet three more constructible locations, available in June ($11.99 – $49.99), to support the final film’s premiere." That means the Forbidden Forest will posibly be only $12 while the Battle og Hogwarts will be $50. This makes Forbidden Forest a must, having such a low price and figures like Narcissa and Voldemort. Great news on the prices! I think that this Battle of Hogwarts set is more of an add on set for the other Hogwarts set from 2010. Quote

Ravenxl7 Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 (edited) Don't worry, just watch FBTB.net and you should be covered. SirStevesGuide.com is another good website that always has extensive coverage of LEGO at the Toy Fair. Not "worried" about getting news from Toy Fair, was just curious if anybody on here was going to be among those reporting from the event. I'll be surprised if Brickset doesn't have their own report up at some point. Also, as Mrlegoninja has pointed out, FBTB seems to focus just on Star Wars, so there's no telling if they'll have news on any of the other themes, let alone pictures. As for the prices of the sets, not a surprise there. It was easy to guess the prices of the Forbidden Forest and Battle for Hogwarts sets based off of their box dimensions, which happen to be the same as last year's Freeing Dobby and Hagrid's Hut sets. The price of the Knight Bus is still anybody's guess at the moment, as it's box dimensions don't match-up with any of last year's sets. Hopefully the overall set is bigger than the original's. That way they can add more detail to the bus itself, and hopefully give the shrunken head some justice by making him a minifigure head rather than printing on the window (I probably sound like a broken record, lol). I'm not sure if it's just me, but every time I try to imagine what the front of the new Knight Bus set's box will look like, I laugh a little. Something about that big purple bus on a mostly red colored box just sounds like it would look funny to me. Edited February 11, 2011 by Ravenxl7 Quote
Ultron Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 yeah, i mean i can live without Hufflepuff and i could have lived without Ravenclaw as well but now that they introduced this awesome Luna I can't wait for a Ravenclaw uniform to fit her into my hogwarts. Someone said that he wished for Hogwartsstudent Battlepacks a few pages earlier. I know how bad the chances are, but if they should ever do this before their license ends, i am totally buying a hole stock of those. BTW are there any Internetshops selling costum Hogwarts uniforms? I was thinking exactly the same thing! But I was also thinking something like an inferi, dementor, and maybe magical creatures battleback? With a unicorn, hippogriff, thestral, and centaur? but i think that may be too wishful haha Quote

I was just going to post this, seems likely seeing as the movie is released in July. Part 1 was released in November and we got the sets in October. Quote
Harrypotterfreak Posted February 11, 2011 Posted February 11, 2011 (edited) If these sets DO come out in June, like I believe they will, that means even more oppurtunity for more HP sets in the future! Edited February 11, 2011 by Harrypotterfreak Quote
j30spiff Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 I hope there are a lot more Harry Potter sets in the future as this is the only Lego theme my daughter is into. The 2010 sets seemed to sell really well everywhere in the area where I live and the stores are finally starting to restock their shelves. Quote

As far as I know, it has been a LEGO Best Selling hit ! Where I live However, I had to order them from internet, cause when I went to my nearest shop a week after that they started selling, they were all sold out and they weren't planning to restock their shelves ! It's a quite small toy shop though.... But still, one week ! Quote
