SNIPE Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 My all time favourite is the one from the lego 8463, it appeared on my old time favourite truck (which I thought was huge) back when I was a child) artwork for the lego product magazine for the 8462 tow truck.. what is yours? Quote
davidmull Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 Power puller one is my favourite. Not got it yet tho. Quote

Rijkvv Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 It's hard to pick a favourite one. I don't really like the ones from 1998 and later though. I didn't like the sets themselves from that period, but looking at the minifigs it seems they all are angry. The 8463 one is one of my least favourites, since it's one of the most common, although it does look okay. I think the fig of 8235 would have been a better choice for that set, and I think I will use this fig in the future for construction vehicles. I really like the helmet of the Power Puller fig, I think it's quite unique with the pattern. Quote
DLuders Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 I think the fig of 8235 would have been a better choice.... From Parda's Technic Delicatessen, here is a picture of "the complete Lego Technic Figure collection" (except for one) -- which one do you like best? Quote
Siegfried Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 I must confess that I like (and own)... ...mostly because of the expression. He can be found in 8257 Cyber Luke McAwesomes. Power puller one is my favourite. Not got it yet tho. But he's naked! (I'll refrain from making Power Puller jokes on that angle.) Quote
WD Pro Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 That's my favorite, I have a pair for the mog From Parda's Technic Delicatessen, here is a picture of "the complete Lego Technic Figure collection" (except for one) -- which one do you like best? I am not far behind and have a few (non custom) variants not pictured there WD Quote
Rocketbilly Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 My favourites have to be the characters from the "competition" sets; the cyan and purple ones. They're the only Technic figures I had as a kid but they're great. I spent hours making weapons for them out of technic pieces, and powered armour suits out of Slizer parts. Quote
CP5670 Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 My favorite is the cyborg (the human looking one). I have a bunch of them driving my models. I also like the 80s guy with the Technic logo and gear and the orange guy (covered up by a vest in that picture). Most of the newer figures only appeared in the 8200/8300 sets, many of which were pretty forgettable apart from the figure. My favourites have to be the characters from the "competition" sets; the cyan and purple ones. These guys actually had names in the S@H catalogs. Sam Cyborg and Nick Stryker. Quote

allanp Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 These are my favotite, although in this case probably more for nostalgia than anything. Quote
parda Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 (edited) Favourite technic figure thread!!? I have to post here! This is really nice one, Blackbird call it "dudes" in the Technicopedia And write this in the entry for the set 8235: This loader is operated by a literal blue collar worker. He sits in a nicely proportioned Technic seat in the right position, but there are no simulated controls for him to operate. This particular Technic figure is among the most rare, appearing in only this set. One of my favourites. The Power puller driver too. These are my favotite, although in this case probably more for nostalgia than anything. These tree where allI've got when i was a child, "Beard", "Moustache" and "sunglasses" I have huge esteem for this "dudes" But my favourite is one of the last released, the lime cyborg: Because the dificult I got to find it! These guys actually had names in the S@H catalogs. Sam Cyborg and Nick Stryker. I didn't know this thanks for the information! BTW this is my almost completed (except one black arms variant) at the 5th meeting Hispalug in Madrid Edited January 7, 2012 by parda Quote
