Bricksandparts Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 Alf, frustrated, pushes: R A R R A S S S If this does not open door: E S S S E S S S E S S S
JimBee Posted January 29, 2012 Author Posted January 29, 2012 Starting from this position: ___1___2___3__ A__________R__ B__A__________ C__________E__ D__S__________ The ruby moves to A1. The aquamarine moves to B2. The ruby moves to A2 to A3. The aquamarine moves to B1. The sapphire doesn't move and the gems are left in the same position as they were before Alf moved them again. He then tries another combination, but neither the emerald or sapphire move. QM Note: Bricks, I'm a little confused as to why you continue to try long strings of combinations. If I may offer one more hint, it would be easier to move them slower so that you can interpret a pattern.
