mortesv Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 Hi guys! Glad to be a part of this great community :) My Name is Morten, I'm 32 years old and from Denmark (LEGOLAND). I work for my own little games company as Game Designer. My office is actually right next to the Copenhagen Lego store :D My main interest is Star Wars Lego - especially UCS models and modding those. My first thread on that subject can be found here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=63735 I currently own 12 UCS models that stand built/modded in my apartment. Actually, I have no room for much else - so my old (regular) Lego Star Wars models from 1999-2000 are packed away. Since I am from Denamrk I grew up with Lego and began playing with Duplos when I was around 3. Some of my first creations were spaceships (surprise) which always had a tendency to crash into asteroids or get eaten be giant monsters - that actually happened even before I had ever seen Star Wars :) I also made some more artsy Duplo installations early on - to convince my mother that she should give me more Legos :) Later on, I began playing with System Lego - town and space themes. And later still, technic Lego. Through highscool I didnt really touch any Legos until the Star Wars models became available :) And now I'm mainly into UCS and modding - although I might take a break from it and get the 10188 Death Star. That set looks like a lot of fun and should provide a nice break from UCS modding - which I can get quite obsessive about from time to time :) Looking forward to seeing you around the forum! Cheers Morten Quote

Tuskano Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 Hey there! Welcome to the forums! Star Wars fan here as well. I just have to say that being a fan of UCS are expensive hehe. But yes, same here... defintly liked how you put more detail on the engine portion of the SD there. I have one packed away in a storage unit that I can't wait to bring back out. I'll look forward to future modifications you shall be showing! Until then... I'll continue my work in LDD. I only live in a barracks room and I have zero space for Legos >.< Quote
