I think as long as their are dc/marvel movie, they can pimp this line. I like that they are going into other heroes in the DC side (Flash, superman, wonder woman, etc.) And the sets are still nice. Although the minifig quality has increased, I think the 2006 Batcave was far superior the the one from last year

I agree 100% I purchased that set when it came out and the tumbler and I must sya they are fantastic sets.

What I'm trying to say is usually a thread gets closed if there is already one dude. Also it's quite a popular thread, so not many people will respond to this one as they have already responded to the other one.

The original Lego Batman Theme had been Lego's Super heroes line for three years back in 2006-2008, Now that the Lego Super Hero Line has outlived both the Spider man and the Batman theme's. How long Will it be until the Super Heroes theme will be put to rest. I myself hope that the theme will continue for some time but who knows how long. There are plenty of villains and heroes from the DC universe and the marvel Universe which characters would you think Lego might actually make because we all know that they aren't making Poka dot man. So tell me what sets you think Lego should make and what characters to put in it.

I will merge this into the 'Future Superhero Set Ideas' thread.

I hope we get a new Norman Osborn figure. It would also be fantastic to get remakes of some of the old Spidey sets.

I don't think remakes of the old sets are possible since they're based on the movies licensed by Sony, not Marvel. Still it would be nice to see the remaining characters from the old Spider-Man and Batman lines updated. Norman aside - we're still waiting on Alfred, Killer Croc, Peter Parker, Aunt May and Harry Osborn.

Can we get some sort of "Green Hero" set?

Green Arrow, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter ('Cause he's green. Haha. Heh.)

And they could fight Deadshot and Deathstroke just 'cause they're cool villains and I want them and I have little knowledge of the DC rogues gallery beyond the Arkham games and Arrow show.

Marvel's doing great, though, with the new line. Red Skull, Power Man, Electro, Taskmaster, Falcon, Hulk with purple pants :D

Killer Croc's Lair- could be a smaller set, with Croc and Batman, maybe a small sewer setting with bones and skeletons. And a big rock to throw at Batman (see B:TAS)

I still think a Green Lantern set with a bunch or trans green parts would be a great idea.

The instruction booklet should be to make 'x' amount of different things out of the trans green bricks.

Goes hand in hand with Lego being all about creativity.

I'm sure you have heard many of this type of response in this thread, but here's mine. If I were in charge to come up with DC sets for 2015, these would be them.

1) "Batman : vs. Killer Croc" - $12.99

. Batman (same as in the Riddler Chase) and Killer Croc

2) "Batman : Hush Encounter" - $19.99

. Batman (standard black variant), Hawkman, and Hush

3) "Superman : Brainiac Attack" - $29.99

. Superman (new 52), Lois Lane, and Brainiac

4) "Batman : Villian Showdown" - $49.99

. Batman (standard dark blue and grey), Green Lantern, Sinestro, and Two-Face (different version)

5) "Superman : Battle of Metropolis" - $69.99

. Superman (new 52), Batman (new 52), Martain Manhunter, Doomsday (big fig), Lex Luthor

Perhaps this is a tad unrealistic, I doubt they'd give us this many new heroes/villains in one wave. But oh well!

Brick rally, I would gladly fork over my cash for those sets ;). Unfortunately I think what we will get in 2015 is four Batman sets with one or two new heroes and villains, a redone Scarecrow, Joker variant, then 3-4 sets from MoS2. :(

Here's an idea! Make DC's Plastic Man and Marvel's Mr. Fantastic Minifig set, and include brick built shapes and objects they have "morphed into"! Mr. Fantastic forms a teapot, he flattens, and he turns into a screwdriver in the LEGO videogame. Include a blue 2x4 or 4x6 tile that has a flattened portrait of Mr. Fantastic printed on it. Not only could you use it as the paper-thin version of Mr. Fantastic, you could also snap him onto SNOT objects. Follow the same concept for Plastic Man. Each Minifig could also be its own polybag set, too.

My 10 cents (because what else could you do with a dime)

2015:

Ant Man - Large "buildable" figure of Ant Man, 6 inches and is made of large reusable molds like Hulk (except Hulk isn't completely reusable)

Giganta - Despite the fact that I've yet to see her appear in the new 52, she can have the same molds as Ant Man (with the same curve lines printed on as most female figures have) or a brand new large female "curve" mold, and has brick built hair.

The hair isn't the greatest idea, but we all know Lego wouldn't put so many new molds in 1 set, which is 1 of the reasons these are unlikely to be made.

I'm surprised that we haven't seen Deathstroke yet considering that DC is trying to give him a big popularity boost (probably in hopes of replicating Deadpool's fame, which is ironic because Deadpool was created as a parody of Deathstroke  ). My guess is that he will be featured sooner or later...

I recently realized that DC doesn't have it's rights spread nearly as much as Marvel; thus the Bane Tumbler set and the Arrow version of Green Arrow for that SDCC Exclusive... That, the above post about Deathstroke, and the fact that after last night's episode of Arrow I was going to try making a Slade Wilson 'fig gives me an idea. I have no clue how plausible it is, given the darker nature of the show, but would anybody else like to see an Arrow set? They could give us Arrow himself, Malcom Merlin, Detective (Officer) Lance, and maybe Deathstroke and/or Deadshot. Also, how likely might they be to put Arrow and Flash from Arrow into the Justice League movie since that seems to be happening?

I'm very much so considering making a Cuusoo project now :P

Here's a few that I'd love to see:

Spidey Vs Shocker: £40, 500-600 pieces. Includes Battle-Damaged Spider-Man, (Herman Shultz) Shocker and two Police Officer minifigures. Takes place in a burning warehouse.

The Best Laid Plans: £200, 1800-2000 pieces. Includes Insulator Suit Spider-Man, Hyper Electro, Electro (wearing the Bio-Nexus device), two Animatronic Samurai and Dr Watts minifigures. The set has two different scenarios: A battle in the museum between Spider-Man, Electro and his Animatronic Samurai henchman, while Dr Watts is being held hostage... And the final battle between Spider-Man and the supercharged Hyper Electro on top of a power station.
