It has a brilliant design that I am sure would look great in LEGO form. Agreed with that completely. It is one of the more unique Batmobile designs, so would benefit from a release with some potentially very interesting minifigures. Quote

Suspsy Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 I may well have already posted this idea in here at some point, but one of my dream sets is Avengers Tower Assault. It would consist of the top level of Avengers Tower, complete with a monitor station, armory, lounge area, and "exploding" windows. The minifigures would consist of Iron Man Mk V (Classic gold and red), Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel squaring off against Baron Zemo, Enchantress, and a macro-size Abomination. Quote

Peasantseverywhere Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 To be honest i don't mind as long as the line keeps going and going ! Although people often criticise the superheroes theme personally i think the criticisms should be bypassed as a few years ago i would have given my right arm for a long lasting DC and Marvel superheroes theme and so what if we get the odd bad set but i think we just need to be glad that we have a superheroes theme in the first place :) Quote

They would have been a lot better than the three we got in the winter wave. By the way, your ideas sound awesome. But I would change the name of the Clock Tower Rescue, if you know what I mean. Quote
Godtshep Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 By the way, your ideas sound awesome. But I would change the name of the Clock Tower Rescue, if you know what I mean. Heh heh, mildly spoilerish. I saw the film a few hours ago, and I can fully agree with Rinzler. This time there weren't even any issues with Mega Bloks having the licence! Quote
fire117 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 I would love to see some sets based on the Arkham video games. Some of the character designs like Mr Freeze and Scarecrow would look great as minifigures. Agreed. Quote
JaseTJ Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 I don't care what the comic story line is, if you guys could avoid movie spoilers that would be great. I'm trying to convince myself the movie isn't going to go that route. Also, if you're wondering why Lego skipped ASM2, it miiiight have something to do with the fact that they don't have the license... Not saying I wouldn't love those sets as much as any of you, but it's just not gunna happen at this point Quote
Piranha Posted April 21, 2014 Author Posted April 21, 2014 Also, if you're wondering why Lego skipped ASM2, it miiiight have something to do with the fact that they don't have the license... Not saying I wouldn't love those sets as much as any of you, but it's just not gunna happen at this point That is actually incorrect. Disney acquired the rights for Spider-man film merchandise from Sony in November 2011. Hence the 2013 SDCC Amazing Spider-man 2 minifig. Most likely Disney wanted TLG to promote their own version of Spider-man which is of course USM. However with 2 or more films in the future, we might get a ASM set eventually. Quote
