LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted December 31, 2011 Author Posted December 31, 2011 Its a great train but it needs a new name. Are you talking about the BR84 or the Steam Ranger? Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 You have created a wonderful locomotive, it looks just like the real thing! I love the lights and the fact that it can drive it self. I have 2 questions, where do you get the lights, or do you build them yourself? And, is there a video in which it drives? Didn't notice 1 and I'd love to see it ride. Thanks! Quote

These LEDs are extremely cheap and they fit perfectly in the LEGO technic brick 1x1 with one hole. I haven't any video for the moment but I hope to post a short one soon. Toastie Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Hi everyone, during last months I have been working on a new project: the BR 84-009 ... Hi LT12Vs, I am just back from a Christmas Holiday trip to find a) one of the most beautiful LEGO steam engines I've ever seen b) wonderful details of the driving mechanism and c) very impressive comparisons of the real thing and your MOC. You are one of the most gifted German steam train builders out there. Front-paging this MOC was a wise decision of The Brickster - he knows! Congratulations on this truly amazing creation and all the "prizes" you have earned! Best regards and a wonderful 2012 for you and your family! Thorsten Quote
Man with a hat Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Wow, very impressive. I can't believe you managed to put the PF and batteries in there and still keep al the details. Quote
