Siegfried Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 I was doing a search for Galidor and to my surprise I found the official site was still live! I find this really weird... It's not just a case of being forgotten either as the headers and footers are current. Yes, I know this is probably just because it's using a shared template, but all the images are there too. Other dead themes such as Exoforce, Mars Mission, Indiana Jones, Power Miners, Scala redirect to the frontpage, yet 8 years later Galidor still lives! I wonder why? Does anyone know of any other dead themes that still survive on Lego.com? The only other one I can find is Bionicle. (If a moderator wants to close this topic I understand.) Quote
Sid Sidious Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 If you click on the link for games, it says the GBA version is coming November 2002. I think that's kind of funny. Quote
happymark Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 I guess somebody just forgot to remove the link? splatman Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 That's so those that still own Galidor sets can still visit it. That does not explain the other themes being shut down, tho. Quote

Aanchir Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 It was probably left online so that people could access the Kek Powerizer Tech Support. The LEGO Interactive site (the old site for LEGO video games) was also online as of October of this year. Since it's been taken down now, I can only assume the Galidor site will follow in time. Quote
brickmack Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Interesting. The Agents site is still up, but most seem to be down. pirates.lego.com redirects to the POTC site, and castle.lego.com redirects to the Kingdoms site also. Quote
Peppermint_M Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Well, it's odd to say the least. The Space Jam site is still live too, for all those fans of internet archeology. Quote
ProducePrincess Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 When I read the title I thought this would be about Ben10. Quote
