Posted January 2, 201213 yr I normally build large model skyscrapers, and most of my creations are black or blue. However, colors like trans-black (or smoke), and trans-blue isn't available on LDD. How do I get them? I usually use transparent tile, plates or windows covering black or blue bricks. But this way not as detailed.

January 2, 201213 yr Author It is, fifthy one along in the top row of transparent colours is no 111 Trans-Brown, 43 Trans-Blue is the seventh. I see, but its the wrong color. I'm looking for a darker shade of blue, they call it trans-dark blue on bricklink.
January 2, 201213 yr All the transparent colours have a tendency to look too light (IMO) in LDD, the Bricklink colour name Trans-Dark Blue is, however, equivalent to the TLG colour Trans-Blue. The Peeron Colour Chart is a good reference for translating between Peeron, Bricklink and Lego colour names.
