Simulated fire using a Westimation microcontroller and LED's.

I replaced the supplied yellow and orange LED's with brighter ones and used some scrunched up cling film as a light diffuser.

I reused the supplied LED's with a battery to provide background light.

Enjoy :classic:

The effect looks good.

I think the video could use some screams of "help me" and sirens. :classic:

I agree, I really like the looks of it. Finally, a twist that the modular buildings were not expecting. I imagine this would pair nicely with the firehouse.

Very very clever! You've done a great job! I saw a video link posted on brickshelf some time ago similar to this, but instead of lighting, it was movement. I remember it was a female fig looking outside from the window, shaking some sort of blanket.

Nice!

OK, have added fire engine siren

Enjoy :classic:

Nice jobb with the siren AND the fire, really cool effects. But, dot the really need that many engines for a fire of that size, or is the Lego City REALLY have that many fire stations?

Great job, good idea, and Brick on AllanSmith!
