That is fantastic! I know Eric puts a lot of Time, Pride and Devotion into his website... I have had a few custom shirts made with his website's logo on them... :classic:

This is a very nice acknowledgement of Blakbird's extensive work  . Maybe this will prompt him to add 1996 :sweet:.

Congrats to both Technicopedia and TechnicBRICKs!

And congrats to LEGO, for giving the AFOL community another token of recognition :sweet:

Wow! Thank you for mentioning this because I did not even know about this link. It is indeed a huge honor. I was always under the impression that LEGO would not link to outside sites for liability reasons (they could be blamed for directing kids to something inappropriate). I see that they have a disclaimer when you click the link. I have never heard anything directly from LEGO about whether or not they liked my site or even knew about it, but apparently they do. Thanks LEGO!

Good point. I admit to feeling very guilty that it has been so long since my last update. I look at the nice things people have written about my site and how much it means to them, and I know I should be working on it more. I could make a lot of excuses about life changes, but obviously I'm still spending plenty of time on LEGO in one way or another. I guess I just need to make the site a priority again. One issue is that I no longer have a "photo studio" area so it is hard to find a place to take the pictures. But I'll have to find a way. I've had 1996 half done for over a year.

Indeed, at Technic in the past they didn't want to link to external websites (out of lego.com), despite it was done at least at the Mindstorms product line.

Something might have changed in between, which is cool. :sweet:

Bravo Eric !

It is indeed a great honor to be on THE Lego website.

Regarding the photos, I agree. It's a real pain to make good and clear photos.

Especially when we do not have a great photo equipment. :/

Congrates to both of you.

I have to admitt Blackbird's web site is primarily rsponsible for myself getting back into Technic Lego.

Ditto

Though I have already persecuted him for such an expensive turn in my life.

As always I am happy to help in any way that I can.

Congratulations, Eric! :classic: Your website is very useful to a lot of people. Nevertheless, I wanted to send this subliminal message to you:
