They are both 100% complete, including instructions and boxes. Everything is in excellent condition. I just checked bricklink and my offer would be "definetly less than there" :-) The cheapest Cafe Corner I could find including instructions and box was $900 (710 Euros) Cheapest Market Street was around $700 (530 Euros) My offer would be 1200 Euros shipped anywhere in the world. I have all the other modular sets as well and for a good offer they´ll go, too: Green Grocer, Fire Brigade, Grand Emporium and Pet Shop.
