Can anyone tell me,

Is this torso a decal, or an official piece? And if it IS an official figure, which one?

I believe this torso is from a Harry Potter set. Not entirely sure though - give me a second and I'll work it out for you.

Edit: Yeah, sure enough it seems to be Madam Hooch's torso from the Harry Potter theme, albeit with the Hogwarts badge removed, likely with Brasso or just a lot of rubbing:

Even if you did, the torso is from the OLD Quidditch set.

I don't think anything slides around here . People have a keen eye 'round these parts.

As far as the torso. I much prefer the newer one as a torso, but it is limited to only females. The older one at least could be used for a man or woman since it is lacking the curves.
