looking for hose sizes

I'm afraid I don't have that information. As discussed previously in this topic, the best idea is to get a long length of hose and cut to length on installation. Go back a few pages and you should be able to find the discussion.

hose: outΦ 4mm，inside Φ1.5mm

you can find third party hoses like hoses for medical use. I bought 200m PP hoses but find it is too rigid.

I did some guess-work by looking at the instructions:

black hoses: 2x 2L, 4L, 4x 6L, 8L, 9L, 12L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 34L, 50L, 60L, total = 270L (216cm)

blue hoses: 2x 2L, 2x 5L, 6L, 12L, total = 32L (26cm)

lbg hoses: 2x 3L, 4L, 8L, 32L, total = 50L (40cm)

Please note that I might be a little off sometimes. I'll post a more accurate list after building.

Not too much, about 200 euros for 1200 missing parts (including some expensive electrical extension wires and lights).

Therion goes a llittle further than mine. I am still waiting for the old style pneumatic cylinder.

Yes, suspension on all axles.

Yes. All axles are suspended using rubber bands for springs. Looks like he doesn't have them installed yet.

The rear axles have them installed as you can see in my first post with building pics (2nd pic), but I ran out of rubber bands... monday I will do the front axle. Without the front rubber band, the steering axle will sometimes pop off because of too much play.

Almost finished! Lost quite a bit of time when I found that the motor that lowers/raises the hooks wasn't working... had to open up the backside to fix the problem (a connector got loose).

I really wish i had all the parts to build this beautiful truck. Buying them would be way too expensive

First of all, great thanks to Dikkie and Blakbird for this model and instruction. I am a great fan of this truck.

When I am building this truck following the instruction, I found a problem of the front wheel. This truck is using rubber band as shock absorb. The rubber band go through a hole of a "brick with holes" and then hooked on the submodel of the front wheel. (page 59 of the instruction)

By following the instruction, it works well for the front wheel but when I go to page 240, a 6180 tile is attached to the "brick with holes". The rubber band then can not hook the 6628 towball any more through the hole of the brick as it is blocked by the tile.

The consequence of this not functional rubber band is the front wheel submodel loses the shock absorb. When sterring the front wheel, the universal joint linking the front wheel steering and the 2nd wheel submodel will be pushed out due to the resisdence.

Anyone who has built or is building this truck has the same problem? Or I just miss something on the instruction?

The rubber band is supposed to pass through the brick with holes to come out on the outsides, then go down to the towball. The tile should not create a problem.
