Posted February 18, 201213 yr Robin Hood and his friends visit the inn. The house has some Derfel Cardarn's style building, although I did not want to use 1x1 round plate method. However, I hope you like it.
February 18, 201213 yr Marvellous - Does the building have an interior or access to it? The outside has a wionderful texture and details to it, and I'd love a look at the inside if it does?
February 18, 201213 yr Very nice indeed! The whole moc has a classic-castle style to it, but mixed into the new and your own style! The cart is superb! I might have to borrow that idea! Great job!
February 18, 201213 yr Very inspiring! Specially like the walltexture on groundfloor. The cart is as mentioned also great.
February 18, 201213 yr Excellent build, a fine medieval house indeed. I love the balconys which give the house character. Great design and the dark blue roof works surprisingly well
February 20, 201213 yr really nice build, I like the way the bottom floor walls are made of stone and then that changes as you go up
February 20, 201213 yr I will never cease to be amazed by the quality of the houses you experienced Lego fans build. Even this tiny structure demonstrates more prowess than anything I built in my childhood. I particularly love how you've achieved the look of the stacked bricks – unbelievably realistic. The whole scene is ever so charming.
February 21, 201213 yr This is great. It's good to see that you are being inspired by Derfel's great techniques, rather than just copying his style. The brick wall and simplicity of the roof are some of my favourites. I also like your choice of figures, and the use of the CMF Island girl shaker thing as a wineskin is a fantastic idea! I thought it must have been a custom part at first.
February 22, 201213 yr Very serene landscape and a lovely building! The stonework on the ground floor is great and i love the bulkiness of the upper story. The d. blue roof pops really well too. If i have one small criticism, it's that you have a lot of "empty" space - the quarter with the farmer returning on the small path is not that well defined. A small fence or low stone wall, or maybe a well or an archery target for practise - any of these would really break up the space and invite the eye into the action.
February 23, 201213 yr the stonework on the 1st storey wall is great! just like natural stones with their uneven shapes/sizes/, u have manipulated the tiles that way! find some time to do an interior and it will be excellent!

Criticism is always welcome. I will try to consider your advice.
