I was doing a check of our generally ignored official EMail and I noticed that a lot of people have been replying to PM EMails expecting it to send an EB PM. It doesn't work like that! It will instead go to our GMail account which is generally used as an error catcher and emergency contact. You need to be on EB to send replies.
