P4trickvH Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Great looking truck, i'm impressed with the resembles to the real one. Excellent job. Quote
me00rjb Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 This one really caught my eye as well; it looks superb, but I would love to see what's under the bricks - I've always struggled with decent working suspension for trucks of this scale, and this looks like it works really well. Richard. Quote
grohl Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 The only thing I do not like are the sticker headlights, otherwise it is close to perfect. Quote
mpj Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 Unbelievable!!! Awesome job!!! Thanks! I will post some photos of the under structure soon. Regards Marco Quote
SFRIP Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 A very good model, I like it very much. The cabin is perfect. Regards Quote
Sam42 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 (edited) Great truck, nice model team detail and functionality too! The only thing I do not like are the sticker headlights, otherwise it is close to perfect. Me too! I think a brick built solution would look a lot better, maybe with pf lights... But still, great model! Edited February 22, 2012 by Sam42 Quote
mpj Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Here some photos of the front and rear axles, but the model got some small updates the days after these photos were taken... http://s7.postimage.org/rtwig0naz/resized_DSC02302.jpg http://s17.postimage.org/7m12d2qwf/resized_DSC02308.jpg http://s7.postimage.org/xbtphk7wb/resized_DSC02345.jpg Quote

timslegos Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Those pictures look cool. How did you attach the u-joint without the axle slipping off if it traveled to far? tim Quote
mpj Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Sorry for the super-late answer! The center of the u-joint is exactly in line with the pins of the suspensions. So there is no problem of slipping off. Quote
