Henning M. Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Hi all Are there an interest in having a cassual swapnight thursday evening? To bring and swap/trade surplus stuff (LEGO of cource) Best regards Henning M. Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted February 22, 2012 Eurobricks Emperor Posted February 22, 2012 I have this to get rid of: Complete with instructions and box, but I lost the sticker Build once. Complete with instructions and box Build once. I'm planning to put this one on BL soon as I noticed it's worth some nice bucks these days. Quote
Henning M. Posted February 28, 2012 Author Posted February 28, 2012 For me swapping is both sets and loose parts I plan to bring a good bunch of loose parts for swapping. both ordinary things and older minifig parts. all are in "new" condition. Maybe also a few older sets (before 2010) as I am a bit restricted in trading newer things Best regards Henning M. Quote
Holodoc Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Sorry for my very late reply on this topic - I'm quite time-short these days. This should have been my topic, by the way, but thanks for hijacking it, Henning (reason see above). I guess you are taking over with the countdown as well, then? Last Billund's experience leads to not offer any new sets bargains anymore, right? So I'll stop my behaviour from now on. But trading older ones and especially swapping parts (very good idea, Henning!) is fine by me. I still have 8421 for sale, but considering having it brought it up the last three years, I don't think anybody is going to take it? For swappable parts I have a nice minifig accessories bag I can bring to the event. Henninng, do you have a list of what you want to get rid of? Trade ON! Quote
Holodoc Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Mmmh. Quiet around here. Maybe this makes you wake up again: The super rare and exclusive "airline-only promo" set. Available through TUI online shop at 16€ each. It's so rare, I couldn't figure out the set number... It event isn't listed (well, I didn't find it) on Brickset! It contains the car, the trailer and the glider as well as 2 minifigs. Like the last years I can order all you want and bring them to Billund. Besides that I still have two MISB sets to sell: 8281 Technic mini tractor and 7573 Battle of Alamut Quote

Holodoc Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 So it's 10 copies by now. Not including mine . I've checked the link today - it's still not open for business (where did I see that slogan before?). Anyone else interested? I expect the set to go online very soon and would like to grab them asap. Quote
MetroiD Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 That TUI "Glider" looks wonderful... would have loved to be able to get that. Why didn't TUI offer such stuff while I was still in Germany!? On a sidenote - all the more reason to finally make it to an EB Event. Won't be this year though, apparently. Quote
Holodoc Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 On a sidenote - all the more reason to finally make it to an EB Event. Won't be this year though, apparently. I can still buy one and have it stored for next year. Quote
MetroiD Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 I can still buy one and have it stored for next year. Hmmm, that's a very appealing notion, and it would also mean I'd have to come to the event... Deal! Can I have two please? Quote
Holodoc Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I finally found a nice offer at Kaufhof: 39,99€ Anyone interested? Quote

Holodoc Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 Hello again! I was meeting a guy in my home town who's also interested in Lego. Always interesting to see there are more madmen in the world. Christian Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Holodoc, would you like payment to be in euros or danish kroner for the airplane promo sets? I just need to know if I'll have to exchange for some euros before Wednesday. Quote
Ras 74 Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Hmmm. IUnteresting to see that Henning is making a move towards Holos job to start this topic ;) I sadly missed out on ordering a Promo this year. But I have 2 or 3 of older ones that I am thinking of selling. I might put a few sets here in the following week, just to see if anyone is interested before they go on auction. So looking forward to meet up with old and new friends at the E-V-E-N-T!! Quote

I just need to know if I'll have to exchange for some euros before Wednesday. If you don't mind I'd prefer EUROs. That counts for all other eventees. If that causes problems, DKK are fine, too. Quote
