Fisherman on a Bridge [MOC]

I've been working a while on a MOC that was set out in the country. I wanted practice using landscape techniques and thought this was the best way to go about it. This is the first real MOC that I've shared with the AFOL community. I don't normally do Town MOCs but I liked the idea of doing a river setting so I went for it. Enjoy!

Heh, all that grass would make it work for a Pokemon MOC too

Pretty scene!

Only thing I would change is make the baseplate thicker so the river/stream looks deeper (or maybe just raise the grass in a few areas to give it variety)

Excellent vig 'Velika314', though not very deep is it.....or the water isn't very clear....must stem from the River Yarra in Melbourne !

I was thinking that too. I would either stack two plant pieces on each other in some spots or stack a 1x1 round or 2 under the plant stems. Great little landscape though. Well done.
