Edit:

I rebuilt this for Brickworld, extended it and beefed it up some more...

Hope you like it:

I decided to take a different route and try to build something I've never done before - a Brick Built ship. Using the new lovely Bounty Destiny set - I decided to try my hand at a Junk ship!

(The façades and lighthouse were built by Ricecracker :pir-wub: )

And just the ship:

This version was cut short due to the need to fit inside the window - I plan on rebuilding it and making it longer ...

Any suggestions from you fine Ship Builders?

Some of you may have remembered my title from a few months back:

Awesome! The SNOT front is really nice, and your colour selection is great. It really adds to the unusual shape. Nice job incorporating those Ninjago into a normal looking MOC :pir_laugh2: Also, kudos to Ricecracker. That tower is real nice.

BTW, is this at Sherway? I saw ToroLUG's CMF MOC at Fairview today and I've got to say great job!

Thanks

The spacer in me made me do it SNOT.

This was at Fairview - we just swapped out on Saturday (I've been lazy and haven't posted pics till now).

You ser, need to go to the LEGO store more often :pir-tongue:

Haha, I would, but I don't really have a motive since I never buy anything! :pir-tongue:

Mmm. Frost and salt on the bumper.

That's a cool ship there Si, would fit lovely in Kaliphlin

Seeing all the wonderful ships popping up keeps reminding me to try and make one, maybe after Challenge 3 :pir-tongue:

I see what you did there :pir-wink:

I love this junk! It's great to see a more diverse range of ships in the Pirates forum! And especially a ship as good as this :pir-grin:

:jollyroger:

I love the design! It's nice to see ships like this here.

I love the roof, it looks soo simple yet so elegant

Are we too lazy to blog it? Well not any more!!

I think it worked out well! The hull is well done also is the back. And I always like to see the old ninja flags!

The ship didn't survive well after last show, so I rebuilt it. Better than ever!

Post it!

Wow, it's practically a whole new ship, it's like double the size of the previous version :pir_laugh2:

The cabin looks very nice.

The old one was good, but the new version is much better! Are you going to post any interior shots? Also, are all those cannon ports functional (as in they have cannons behind them)?

Excellent work though... Not too often you see ships with entirely brick-built hulls around here.

That is too cool :pir_laugh2:
