That's pretty major, but I don't think it'll have much an impact on the vote today.

Yeah, that's a fairly big deal and I’m encouraged by it. It means we’ve lost one fewer Yakuza than we thought. I didn’t get the sense that Aiko was actively trying to hurt our cause, but I can’t really say that for sure. Now we’re free of a potential conflict in her goals with ours, and losing just Tamiko is far preferable than losing Tamiko and another Yakuza.

In case anyone didn't realize it, Tamiko's win condition (as head mason) was wrapped up in Aiko. If Aiko died, she lost. That is why they died together, since Tamiko couldn't "win".

I do find it quite unseemly that there are now five *huh* allegiances revealed to us. I will be pretty tuckered out if that number hits six! :sweet:

And I notice Kenta is up and listening. Kenta, are you interested in explaining why you aren't totally scummy? :sweet:

Sorry my friends, my real life has been busy I've been napping. I've been thinking over the options and I will vote Cherry Blossom (Whitefang), for not being all to helpul. I know I have been fairly quite but I shall try to share my opinion more.

Mod note:

I noticed that in my first post of this topic I made a mistake Aiko is not a Yakuza. She was a neutral player. I've corrected that mistake.

That's all.

That is good to know! That means we Yakuza are in a slightly stronger position than we were. And Norio, it doesn't look as though Kenta felt the need to defend himself. There are certainly some leads with the quieter ones if Cherry Blossom ends up being lynched tonight.

Well, in no way am I the boss here. I'm trying to work with whoever I can. But, without the participation of all, it's really hard to be part of the team :sceptic: Cherry Blossom has been put up on the table today because of her suspicious overall apathy, and I applaud her dignified behavior in the face of a lynching. Possibly she didn't understand that any role means you're not vanilla. Shocking, since she has been around the block more than any of us here, but I respect the way she's handled the day. I can't say the same about everyone though.

I had a small request, for everyone to give some feedback to us about the behavior of the family, and, besides showing up and voting, giving your opinion is literally the least you could do :sceptic: Let's see who gave their input:

Nobuo

Chieko

Shizuko :sceptic:

Akio

Noriko :sceptic:

Setsuku :sceptic:

Kenta :sceptic:

Saburo :sceptic:

Emi

Lizzy

Shiro :sceptic:

Hanako

Akira :sceptic:

Kin

Manga :sceptic:

Maniko

Norio

Daisuke :sceptic: <forgiven due to extenuating circumstances :sadnew: >

Cherry Blossom :sceptic:

For the sake of this, simply voting wasn't counted as input, since it was simply joining the crowd.

Really, I think the investigators are great and all, but relying on them won't solve the puzzle. Feel free to give your feedback anytime. おねがいします! :classic:

Ah, back in the good old days of MI6, there was no shirking duty. People simply stepped up and fulfilled the roles they were ordered to. Ah, なつかしい!

And Norio, it doesn't look as though Kenta felt the need to defend himself.

Yeah, Kenta seems to have taken on the "Yasu-chan-defense" Just give up. Not impressive, however you cut it :sceptic:

I have decided it is probably the best course of action to vote Cherry Blossom out, even if she is telling the truth. That would mean a chance to kill off another Mutineer or Agent, a chance we would not have otherwise... Especially if that kill is coordinated, It should be fine. I still think the chance is larger that she told this as a lie, to discourage people to vote for her, though.

I will like to think for those who assume I weave such tall tales to save my own skin is totally insulting to me. I choose this path and I put it loud and clear, is not I choose to defend myself at all but for the greater good of our surviving existence of our Yakuza Family, this is the path which I will go down to hell with my sincerity and hope with the belief that I still think that there are others who are still loyal to our family cause.

When I know that it's no point for me to exist anymore to contribute my vote to sway with the majority to convict the scums or agents, I reveal this special power in public. Instead of letting you guess the results tomorrow, I tell you. I won't reveal the target. For sure, it was damn coordinated.

So, let me perform my last ritual dance for those who truly respects the departed Cherry Blossom.

I'm a bit disappointed that you only gave yourself 3 thumbs up, Norio! Surely you deserve more than that! Or at least one of these:

All kidding aside, I'm most disappointed that Kenta and Shiro haven't spoken up despite being asked specifically to do so. Ignoring a vote against you can be ok if it's not backed by much or if there are other more pressing targets to lynch, and it does give another night in which you might be cleared. However, it's not always the most family friendly way of cooperating.

Also, I presume your list is just based on today. It seems to me that Akira helped reveal Isamu to us and aided in the confirmation of Hiroki's vote. That lowered my suspicion of him a bit. In contrast, Lizzy got a thumb up for responding to your request, but the overall contributions of Lizzy still seem suspect to me for reasons that Emi has previously outlined.

Akio's vote today for Cherry Blossom struck me as odd in that it was prefaced by a few paragraphs of suspicion on Chieko, with the vote being justified as a way to avoid splitting the vote early. In the end, I think most of us feel that Cherry Blossom's response wasn't all that satisfactory. However, on a day where we didn't start with a strong lead like the past few days, I thought it was odd to voice suspicion on one person but vote another before the unconvincing defense was put forth.

Shizuko is someone I've been watching a bit as she has struck me as contributing to discussions but often in a way that seems to me to be following another's lead. As a pattern, I can see this as a good place for scum to hide, but it can also be seen as something helpful in supporting Yakuza. I don't feel I've seen enough from her to lean one way or another on, so she's really just someone I'm watching still.

Cherry Blossom was standing in the mouth of the Dragon of Truth.

She had been standing there for the past 20 minutes.

Trying to fight off the flames with her umbrella.

So far she was doing pretty good.

But after a struggle of 45 minutes, she succumbed to the flames.

'Oh my, look at this', Stephanie said. 'It's orange!

She was a Yakuza!
