January 29, 201213 yr Yeah, but then again, Hulk always looks constipated. Maybe that's what Banner's real issue is.
January 29, 201213 yr I mean, they even told us about Loki, and that's already a pretty big spoiler! That's cuz Loki was confirmed to be the villain as well as being in the trailer. And if people know their comics, it was a given that Loki being the villain wouldn't be a spoiler. :P -Omi
January 29, 201213 yr That's cuz Loki was confirmed to be the villain as well as being in the trailer. Perhaps, but he's still more of a spoiler than Banner, who by the way is seen in the trailer too, and yet he doesn't show up on the minifig list. Yet another proof that he wont be in this wave. This doesn't mean, however that he wont be in a future wave. Perhaps he could even come in a set with a purple pants sporting Hulk.
January 30, 201213 yr Very nice, but someone is bound to moan they should be in another forum..... That's because they do belong in another forum. That's already been established. I posted them in the ultrabuild forum aswell. Don't post the same things in multiple places.
January 30, 201213 yr That's because they do belong in another forum. That's already been established. Don't post the same things in multiple places. I liked that they were posted here so we could have a look at the packaging for the marvel avengers sets.
January 30, 201213 yr I liked that they were posted here so we could have a look at the packaging for the marvel avengers sets. It was good to see the packaging. The action figure forum isn't one I venture to often but could take second place to LoTR. I so want those sets but that board is getting somewhere between creepy and scary in places. Back on topic.....thinking about how lego have "Hugh Jackman'd" the lego wolverine despite the lack of film licence and appreciating that likenesses are subjective with a minifig face. Do you think the same will be done with the Magneto figure?. And yes I appreciate you won't see much facial detail behind the helmet. Edited January 30, 201213 yr by surrideo
January 30, 201213 yr Those figures are just as bad, in my opinion, as the DC ones. Some good pieces, but really ugly and un-realistic figures. I mean, why does Hulk look like he's wearing armor on his shoulders? The same question goes for Cap. Iron Man is the best of them, I think.

As Cornelius said, that belongs in the action figures forum. And to make this not just another useless post, I wouldn't turn down a Bruce Banner Fig, but which version would they do?

If they do a Banner fig, they will make it the Mark Ruffalo version, because all the Avengers figs are based on how they look like in the film!
January 30, 201213 yr Incorrect. It is already confirmed that the lEGO minifigure version of Bruce Banner is Lou Ferringou.
January 30, 201213 yr Incorrect. It is already confirmed that the lEGO minifigure version of Bruce Banner is Lou Ferringou. Um...there is no confirmation of a LEGO Banner...
January 30, 201213 yr Um...there is no confirmation of a LEGO Banner... And besides, Lou Ferrigno never portrayed Bruce Banner to begin with. -Omi
January 30, 201213 yr If they do a Banner fig, they will make it the Mark Ruffalo version, because all the Avengers figs are based on how they look like in the film! Dear Lego, Could you please make three vastly different minifig heads so I can portray Bruce Banner. They must be distinguishable and look exactly like Eric Bana, Edward Norton and Mark Ruffalo.
January 30, 201213 yr Dear Lego, Could you please make three vastly different minifig heads so I can portray Bruce Banner. They must be distinguishable and look exactly like Eric Bana, Edward Norton and Mark Ruffalo. And everyone has forgotten Bill Bixby....the original TV Bruce Banner. I didn't know that the Hulk set will have the before and after getting Bruce ticked off !
January 30, 201213 yr And everyone has forgotten Bill Bixby....the original TV Bruce Banner. I didn't know that the Hulk set will have the before and after getting Bruce ticked off ! Actually he wasn't Bruce Banner in the show..... :P David Banner was his name. -Omi
January 30, 201213 yr Actually he wasn't Bruce Banner in the show..... :P David Banner was his name. -Omi Oh, we are both right.....thanks Wikipedia " Bixby starred as Dr. David Bruce Banner " ! End off-topic.
January 31, 201213 yr And besides, Lou Ferrigno never portrayed Bruce Banner to begin with. -Omi Lou voices The Hulk in the movies!
January 31, 201213 yr Lou voices The Hulk in the movies! Yippee, let's get a James Earl Jones minifigure! I can't believe he wasn't included in the Death Star! But honestly, maybe we'll see a Banner figure, and maybe not. At this point, lets just wait two weeks and then we can find out conclusively (if prelims haven't leaked before then).
January 31, 201213 yr Lou voices The Hulk in the movies! That.... Is not relevant to the point being made. -Omi
January 31, 201213 yr Does it really matter who used to play the Hulk? If Lego ever makes Bruce Banner it will almost definitely be either Mark Ruffalo or Edward Norton. If they did make him though he definitely should have a double sided face, with one side normal and the other side angry.

And on the angry face, have his eyes green.

January 31, 201213 yr A sarcasm emoticon might have conveyed your joke a bit better. This thread is getting very spamy.
January 31, 201213 yr This thread is getting very spamy. Agreed. I do think if they made a Banner minifig in the near future, it would be Mark Ruffalo, since he's the one who will be in Avengers.
