^^ Very nice!

Not familiar with the city/train stuff. Are the tracks compatible with this set?

They are six wide like the ones used in Indiana Jones and Alien Conquest, while the ones used in city are eight wide. (or something like that)

:sweet::sweet::sweet:

Thanks for the pictures! The funhouse set looks amazing! I'm considering skipping the Batcave and returning my Batwing in favor of it and its minifigures, but then I'd end up wanting to purchase the Joker henchman, Ivy, and Bane on the black market. Neither outcome is good for my wallet.

Wow! What a fun looking set! I love it! Sure, it looks very colorful and childish, but in this case it fits since it's supposed to be a funhouse! And now we know why Robin has that scared face. Looks like we'll be getting a second Riddler head in this set. Can anyone tell if it has a different print than the one on the Riddler minifig?

Yikes! Looks like Bats was too late in saving Robin!

According to LEGO.com 6863 is only on $35. That's a little better :sadnew:

You can also see Two-Face's coin here.

Edit: has Two-Face's coin always had a picture of a woman on it?

As the one who just brought you the suggested Arkham price-point, I am pleased to bring you this (from Brickipedia)-

I might just skip the Batwing for this!

I'm not quite sure about the older incarnations, but at least since Batman Forever it's been a woman (Lady Liberty).

Edit:

I love the Funhouse.

It has great Minifigs, 2 Riddler-Heads/-Hats, and Harley  .

Also, the color scheme is fantastic... and it is a perfect start for amazing carnival-MOCs.

This is also the first time, that we get a DC-villain's hideout (Doc Ock had his boathouse).

@Superficial Username: Hm, it appears to be a depiction of a 'Susan B. Anthony' coin, a rare version of the $1 coin (IIRC) issued for one year in the 1970s in the United States. At least, that's the impression I get based on the angled sides the coin has.

Thanks for the responses, now I don't think it's so strange :classic:

I love the new Harley Quinn.

My opinion on the set:

I like it. It gives us the blue Batman with cape, Robin IV, The Riddler, and Harley Quinn as the figs of interest. I love Riddler, he will be of much use in Arkham City MOCs, but we'll need his cane. Harley is well designed, but I still want the old hammer truck.

The set is okay. It's kinda bland. I was hoping for a Riddler HQ with Harley held captive and have some Joker and Batman enemy mine time. I like the little hammer and the Riddler display, that way we get two Bowlers.

I can't think of any clever puns, but for Arkham, I'm hoping on Victor Zsasvs and Scarecrow.

This set is marked as Hard to Find, so last time I checked, this means absolutely nothing?

Indeed. And Catwoman Catcylce City Chase is only 13 USD, so it was either mis-marked or the victim of TRU's yearly HPG.

I'm glad these sets are starting to shop up on S@H! It won't be long now! :excited:

I don't think Joker knows just how lucky he is

It means it will be exclusive to Wal-Mart, Target, TRU, or something. That's limited/special edition which means nothing

The new Joker's carnival set looks really good, it's definitely my favourite of the wave I think, the aesthetic is just superb. All it's missing is a few henchmen but really they'd just drive the price up. As it is, it seems very decently priced, which is of course another attractive part of the set - that and the great design, minfigs selection, colour scheme and general atmosphere the set creates.

Hmm, the Riddler's on the new site, and yet we've seen no trace of him being in a set.

Oh hi.

Well, this is interesting. I would have preferred if the set had some other characters (green Robin would have been nice), and adding the Joker in again is odd.

Looks like I was right about the crowbar. That's too bad. I like the overall look, it's similar to the circus levels in the Lego Batman videogame.

Still, it's a nice enough set, even if I do get multiple figures.

I wouldn't count on it. In my experience, Canadian TRU stores never get sets early. Oftentimes, we're lucky if we get 'em before February.

Last year I recall some City and Pharaoh's Quest sets showing up in December (2010), so hopefully we will see these in-store soon!

Like the 4438 Police Command Center for the City theme, it looks like they saved the best for last! The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape (what a mouthful!) is my overall favourite of the Super Heroes line. :cry_happy:

The Riddler carrying around a crowbar seems a bit silly though... Too bad Lego couldn't dedicate a mold for his cane.

Where are you in Canada? (I've spent my entire life in Vancouver and that's never been my experience.)

The funhouse was the exact set I wanted!!! Doesn't it remind anyone else of Arkham City? Wooo!!!

EDIT: Did anyone else notice what I'm sure are a reference to the smiling piranhas? This theme is going to be better than the last. I am now sure.

Guys the Batwing on S@H is $35.....thats like a bit less than £25! Oh man! When do these come to the UK? Hopefully before Christmas but knowing our luck it won't

That new set looks awesome! Such a diverse variety of minifigures for a relatively cheap price
