DJ Bricks Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I set an email to Lego about somethings and got The response of they can neither confirm or deny that Bruce will be included or cap will have wing printing Quote
CM4Sci Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 After having multiple eyegasms at the new LDD, I thought of something. What if they used the Alien's head for the Spiderman figure? It's the same style, all it'd need it some new printing.. -Sci Quote
SoupOrFishOil Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I set an email to Lego about somethings and got The response of they can neither confirm or deny that Bruce will be included or cap will have wing printing So...maybe? I remember E-mailing them about that fake Theed Palace set (anyone remember that?) and they wouldn't confirm or deny THAT either, even though it was obviously fake. I suppose that if you asked them if Hawkeye was included in the Cosmic Cube set, the wouldn't confirm or deny that either. So really, not much help and I'm sure all I'm doing to making this more confusing. Quote

Probably not for Venom or Carnage, if they are made that is. Quote

CorneliusMurdock Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Yes, the S6 one. It might work but I'm not overly fond of it. It doesn't look like a minifig in a mask to me since the head is shaped the way it is. Quote

Maybe if I saw it with printing I'd change my mind. Quote
deskp Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I prefer a normal printed minifig head for spidey, it doesent change shape after putting on hes mask. Quote

By the way , I do get what youre saying. I don't think we are supposed to know the minifigs of wolverine and Loki sets, but they got leaked early by hamleys! But this does make me think that Cap will have wing printing and there will be a Bruce Banner fig!!!!!!!!! Quote

Ayden Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 As Solomon Grundy or Bane, I assume? Aha! Now I hadn't thought of that! though it is a wonderful Idea. I was thinking mount a lego octopus in place of the head and it might make a decent lego scale cthulhu. Could also be used to make other monster, MR Hyde maybe? Quote

Delta 38 Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 What if they used the Alien's head for the Spiderman figure? It's the same style, all it'd need it some new printing.. That looks okay and it could work, but it would make Spiderman look different from the other minifigs with the round head. Also, there would be even more complaints about oversized heads. At least Iron Man has an excuse. Quote
SoupOrFishOil Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Is Black Widow's hairpiece there? Where? I don't think we've seen her minifigure yet. I'd think that they'd use Dastan's hair though. Maybe in a different color, but I forgot what color her hair is. Quote

Yes, the Hulk mold seems to have a lot of possibilities. I would love to see a B:AC Bane or Solomon Grundy with that piece. It seems like it might be getting quite a bit of use in future years. I could also see that piece being used as a troll as well. Quote

Disappointing Quote
The Lego Mamba Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Does anyone know if there will be any Dark Knight Rises sets coming out? Quote
The_Chosen_1 Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Does anyone know if there will be any Dark Knight Rises sets coming out? According to Brickipedia: At least one set based on the The Dark Knight Rises film is expected to be released in the summertime of 2012 as part of the Super Heroes theme. Take it for what you will, but I seem to remember a flier for TDKR a few months ago that featured the licensees, LEGO being one of them. Does anyone who knows what I'm referring to have a link to that picture? Quote
TheLegoDr Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 I'm hoping there are Dark Knight Rises sets. I am waiting for those instead of buying the current Batman sets since I am not too impressed with them. It'd be awesome if they released a version of the new "The Bat," a.k.a. the new batwing. And I am excited to see pictures of Marvel sets. This year will either be really expensive, or lots of Bricklink orders. At the end of 2011 I was thinking it will be expensive, but I have yet to spend any money on Lego. Quote
SoupOrFishOil Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Also, has anyone else noticed that the four dc females' lips are *almost* the same on the 4 figures? Disappointing I didn't notice that Wonder Woman's was, but I did notice that the "Gotham Girls" were. It is disappointing I think, but not as bad as Bruce and Superman being nearly identical. I hope that the TDKR sets are more in the style of TDK sets, because I don't really like the movie's Bane and I don't want multiples of him, if any. TDKR Catwoman could be useful though. I'd like vehicles based on the movie, but pitted against different villains who haven't appeared yet (like Penguin and Scarecrow) in original scenes (or at least remakes, wouldn't it be great if Scarecrow got a blimp this time?).
