commanderneyo Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Ashley Eckstein has already confirmed she has recorded S6 lines for Ahsoka, so Ahsoka's the only one from that list who definitely won't die... And before anyone who doesn't know asks where S6 was confirmed, here: Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Maybe by big season for Ahsoka, they mean she's going to become a Knight, or fall away from the Order so she avoids Order 66 in the future and goes into exile like many other Jedi, or gets killed before for being a fallen Jedi. I hope Rex doesn't die, he's become probably the coolest Clone, and I knew from the movie back in 08 I was going to really like him. I could see him and Ahsoka working together, and maybe Fives, in the event of Order 66 since they already showed how they're independent thinkers and can defy orders. Quote
Fives Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 Of all the people shown in that picture, I find the inclusion of Galia, Hondo, Embo and Satine to be quite random. I definitely think Vizsla will die at the hands of Maul, and his death could cause the fall of the Death Watch, eliminating them as a threat and finishing their story. As was said by someone else, Oppress could perish at the hands of Sidious. Oppress no longer has a major role any more. He was made to find Maul. Now that Maul is back, Oppress can fade away. Ahsoka and Rex both can't die till closer to the end of the series. They are both too close to Anakin, and need to die closer to the events of ROTS. Quote
Sir_Basil_Ashton Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 I hope that either Maul or Oppress fall in Season 5. Darth Sidious is more powerful than both and I would find it disappointing if he didn't personally take care of the would be Sith. Maul was his apprentice so he knows his strengths and weaknesses. Oppress was apprentice to Dooku but his power and skills are limited to brute strength. Quote
Brickadeer Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 (edited) Of all the people shown in that picture, I find the inclusion of Galia, Hondo, Embo and Satine to be quite random. Hmmm...Satine is a pretty good target for Maul in order to hurt Obi Wan. It'd make it more plausible that though Obi Wan recognized the relationship between Padme and Anakin, he didn't interfere. As much as I hate to say it I think Opress will die. Not that he should or needs to but, I think they want to keep adding to Maul fuelled by revenge. He will most likely be killed of by Palpatine. I know it sounds strange but I could see if that did happen Ventress joining with Maul. It doesn't sound strange. I think that Filoni or someone else said that Maul has an interest in Ventress. Plus, the goals of Mother Talzin still are unclear; it's equally unclear what Talzin did with Ventress by the ritual that turned her into a "true Nightsister". Brickadeer Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 To kill Count Dooku? Maybe. But she had no serious trouble with Dooku until he attacked Dathomir. She supported Ventress' revenge against Dooku, but that is something different. I do not believe that Talzin is a means to further Ventress' ends; rather, I think it's the other way around. It's possible that her only goal is to kill Dooku, but I'd find that goal lacks, well, ambition. Quote
Walter Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Is this an official image? It better not be Hondo or Embo! I'm pretty sure it is. They released it on the official Star Wars facebook page. I believe that is where I first saw it. And I don't want Embo to die either. For me he is one of the coolest bounty hunters in the series. I even like him more than Cad Bane. Quote
DarthPotato Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 So... I'm not sure if this has been addressed here yet but did anyone have the same issue with this book on Amazon? It's a book that comes out later this year (maybe even next year) about Darth Maul in season 5. There was a preview on Amazon for it but it allowed you to view too much of the book, for some people the entire book, so some spoilers were posted online. These spoilers were major and revealed much of what happens in the Death Watch and Maul arcs... has anyone else seen these spoilers? I have, and after seeing some clips and scenes from trailers I'm pretty sure they're true. This was a couple months ago though so the preview's down now. But here's the book Quote

Does he kill Vizsla? Quote
commanderneyo Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Sooo... Does he kill Vizsla? Yes, Maul does kill Vizsla, but after Vizsla & Death Watch had already succeeded in overthrowing Satine to rule Mandalore. Maul challenges Vizsla's apparent "rule" over Mandalore, or Vizsla challenges Maul's, I'm not sure which way, and they fight. From what I've heard though I don't think the book mentioned this, Vizsla does succeed in disarming Maul, but Maul recovers to disarm Vizsla also. Grabbing the darksaber, Maul says, "You were right. Only the strongest should rule!", before decapitating Vizsla with Vizsla's own weapon. Bo-Katan had wanted to aid Vizsla when it became obvious Vizsla would lose but it was against the Death Watch code. Quote

They should've been a little wise when it came to choosing scenes for the trailer because that's exactly what I presumed would happen. Quote
DarthPotato Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 So I'm guessing you read them too, right commanderneyo? And it sounds like all of these arcs this season will be amazing! Quote

DarthPotato Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 You know, I'm really not sure. But an answer to your question... Sidious obviously duels the brothers, impales Savage, kills him, and then eventually electrocutes Maul. Now, I've heard from some people that the book ends with a cliffhanger of Sidious electrocuting Maul, so he may still survive. But there's still a really good chance he's dying by Palpatine. Quote
Robominer Posted September 23, 2012 Posted September 23, 2012 Who will fall? I'd have to say all of them except Embo. He's too awesome to die. Quote

DarthPotato Posted September 23, 2012 Posted September 23, 2012 New clip: Awesome, I can't wait! And here's another one, but it's in French. But it still shows a little bit of the beginning fight in Revival. Quote
commanderneyo Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 New clip with Maul, Death Watch & Black Sun! Quote
General Magma Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 New clip with Maul, Death Watch & Black Sun! Did anybody notice how Maul seems to have shrunk a little bit and how his legs look different now? Not sure about the former but the latter seems pretty obvious, he's even wearing shoes while he used to have claw feet. Quote
Spider-Man Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 In the first new clip he still has robot legs and claws, which I think make him look taller. So my guess is that something happens to them and he gets a more "normal" pair of legs. Quote
Sir_Basil_Ashton Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 New clip with Maul, Death Watch & Black Sun! Thanks for sharing a clip yet again. Maul does have smaller legs now, which do look a lot better on him. I really can't wait for Season 5 to start. Quote
Brickadeer Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 I really can't wait for Season 5 to start. Yeah, I know what you mean. I't a "Season 5 Special". All episodes aired during one day or so. Quote
