Posted March 24, 201212 yr "Steak and Chips" Ladies and Gentlemen Welcome to the " Table of Icare " Today the chef presents you, in today's special, this magnificent part of the butcher. A beautiful piece of beef just seized in the steakhouse and slightly sprinkled with parsley, served with its delicious pepper sauce, accompanied with a crunchy salad with cherry tomatoes and with delicious home chips .naturally, ketchup at will. And with this, I recommend you a good glass of Bordeaux, with moderation indeed on. Ladies and Gentlemen, I wish you an "Bon Appétit". Build for the L13 "LEGO Food" contest on www.brickpirate.net, the French Forum. Yours comments are welcome Icare
March 25, 201212 yr Fantastic idea and craftsmenship. The steak looks very rare, though. O'm interested to see hoe you did the fork in the slice of beef.
March 25, 201212 yr Very nice job Icare, I think it looks well built. Though, it does make me crave steak.........
March 25, 201212 yr Yum. I was going to say "well done" but I'm not sure that's the right expression in this case, seeing the colour of that meat :)
March 25, 201212 yr Yummy!! I like the way the sauce is flowing down off the steak. with greens that nice, i think kids will be finishing them soon!!
March 25, 201212 yr Yum. I was going to say "well done" but I'm not sure that's the right expression in this case, seeing the colour of that meat :) Nice work, Icare. This actually makes my mouth water, very tasty looking. I like how you did the inside of the steak, and the greens and glass of wine were good additions. Best of luck in that contest.
March 25, 201212 yr Well I've never seen food made into Lego before. It is a very smart and well done idea.
March 25, 201212 yr Awesome! Love the detail in the steak with the fat dividing the meat! Love the fork and knife too!
March 26, 201212 yr That's brilliant! I love it! But it could be a little too crunchy, if you actually tried to eat it.
March 26, 201212 yr Hmm, steak. I always enjoy looking at Lego food. Two of my favorite things. Now if you could just add in...
March 26, 201212 yr The meat is a bit raw for my taste, but those cherry tomatos look delishes. However, my favourite details are the knife and forks. Amazingly done!
