Stereo Posted June 28, 2024 Posted June 28, 2024 (edited) The yellow plane on the right appears to be 60250 Mail Plane and the yellow-accented helicopter on the left 31029 Cargo Heli. The other yellow+red one is a B-model of 5866 Rotor Rescue. [edit to add] The other one in the Spaceships photo appears to be 70162 Infearno Inception. Fig with glowing eyes is Mr. E, seems to be from a couple sets. Edited June 28, 2024 by Stereo Quote
Darth Andrew Posted June 29, 2024 Posted June 29, 2024 Thank you! You have a really good eye for that Inferno Inception! Quote

It is the inverted white slope where Bullseye (horse) stands on: https://www.ebay.com/itm/234531765237 I typed "inverted slope" and "inverted slope 33" on BL and could not find it! Thanks! JesseNight Posted September 3, 2024 Posted September 3, 2024 Probably not an og brick, but a custom 3D printed one specifically for the case. On pics from slightly lower angle, it clearly shows to be 4 wide which doesn't exist as an original Lego part. Quote

I thought maybe the lightning make it appear like the middle gap between the two bricks is invisible on the sloped side. If you look closely at the underside, it looks like there are 2 bricks. But maybe it's just one custom brick like you suggest Quote
JesseNight Posted September 3, 2024 Posted September 3, 2024 It's hard to see yeah, could be either. Quote
Stereo Posted September 3, 2024 Posted September 3, 2024 It's glued or whatever to the backdrop anyway, so they might have also glued the 2 of them with no gap. Quote
Jbtoft Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 Hey friends! I found these two elements in a lot. It is clearly item number: 2350a but cant find them in this colour. Do you know what these belong to? Thanks! https://ibb.co/dGpBN0d Quote
Autumn Posted September 14, 2024 Posted September 14, 2024 Maybe you found something special? I couldn't find it in that colour either. Is there any unique lettering on it that might indicate it's a test or prototype piece? FF is used on prototype pieces sometimes, for example. Quote

Sannsarca Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 Hi community! It is a random thursday for me and I get wondered if I could somehow find a name of my first LEGO set. I already sitting and googling for like 2 hours trying to identife my set but failing to do so, so I get here for some help and maybe links or sources. Description: it was a set about some beach bar with sand color square plate, the thing that I remember it was like red\black theme with black roof and some 2 or 4 1x1x5 red "sticks" that it stayed on. This set I get around 2004-2006. If this community will help me to find name or just some useful sources I would be very grateful to you! Thank you in advance for your time! 2 minutes ago, Sannsarca said: Hi community! It is a random thursday for me and I get wondered if I could somehow find a name of my first LEGO set. agkoo Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 Hello, I can't identify some LEGO colors. Please check this photo and let me know if my guesses are incorrect. I am pretty confident I got the colors right in the first row. Magenta, Dark Pink, Bright Pink, Pink. Although the last one might be Paradisa Pink, which I recall used to be a separate color on BrickLink, but now appears that BL considers Paradisa Pink and Pink the same color. I am not so sure about the ones in the second and the third rows. Second row third and fourth brick are clearly not the same color, and one must be Light Purple (not sure which) but then what would the other be? Same about the third row first and second bricks. They are very close, but not quite the same. I would say one of them is Bright Light Blue, but what is the other? There are other parts in my inventory that would indicate that some of these parts were originally part of this set: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=4679b-2 For example: 1x1 bricks is Aqua, the Blue-Violet slopes, the Earth-Orange plate etc. So it is quite possible that these are just color variations, due to manufacturing inconsistency. Quote
Stereo Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 I might say your left "light purple" is magenta but it's hard to be sure just from a photo. The light blue bricks are probably the same colour, just variation or yellowing. Quote
agkoo Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 Thanks for your input! The two Light Purples are indeed quite apart in hue. I don't think either is Magenta, I have a Magenta part in this pic and it is a different from both these Light Purple variations. For the time being, I will consider these both Light Purple. I am considering picking the parts from my stock to "build" a 4679b-2 set. (t looks like I have parts for two copies, almost complete. The Bright Light Blue bricks are different not only in color, but some other small detail. The stud logos are quite different on the two bricks. Then again, this can be a manufacturing inconsistency. On the left brick, there is a "ring" around the logo, and the letters are not so "sharp" and they are less tall. On the right one, there is no ring, the letters have more definition and they are slightly taller. The color of each bick is perfectly even, too even to be yellowed. Same color on every surface, even on the insides. Again, I will consider these two to be the same color, for the time being. The difference is very subtle. If in fact I have two copies of the set these came with, this is the most likely explanation why I have these pieces in the first place. Quote
antp Posted October 26, 2024 Posted October 26, 2024 Maersk Blue? Though that it is not that close to Medium Blue normally I think Quote
agkoo Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 I too considered Maersk Blue. The set I suspect they were originally a part of (4679b-1 on BrickLink) was released in 2005, which is the same time the Maersk Container ships were released (2004&2005&2006). I actually have a copy of the 2004 edition, but "unfortunately" it is still MISB, so I can't compare the colors. Quote
nimrod6134 Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 (edited) Hello, Would anyone be able to help and try to identify if there are two colors of bricks in this photo? I am confident the bricks in the lower half of the photo are Bright Light Yellow, I have matched them to parts from a recently opened set. I am unsure about the top half. The halves are visibly distinct to me, but I am pretty colorblind so that always throws a wrench into identifying colors. Does this just appear to be color variation, or is it two different colors? I am not sure what the upper half color would be, if it is different than the lower half. Initially I was thinking Light Yellow, but that wasn’t produced long and I think can be ruled out given the parts in question. Thanks! Edited November 12, 2024 by nimrod6134 Quote
Artanis I Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 I see 3 distinct shades there. Top left although looking different, is likely the same 'colour' as the bottom, but the top right might be something else. What though? They're probably all the same Lego colour. Especially if as you say the bottom is "bright light yellow". Quote
Yperio_Bricks Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 To me it looks like the same Lego color, just with the usual deviation within one color that creates different shades. Quote
