In a group of old Mursten slotted bricks and early CA hollow bricks, I found this odd 1x2 (pictured at the bottom)

It kind of looks like a PUWI brick, but the stud holes on those bricks appear to be more cleanly molded, where these look more like the indentations you sometimes see on the old hollow LEGO bricks before they started putting the logo on the studs. Still, there are no markings on the inside of the brick at all, and the underside of the top is solid - there are no recesses under the studs. The plastic appears to be CA and the color matches the CA LEGO brick in the picture very closely. The dimensions are exactly the same.

Anyone ever see this variation of a known LEGO 1x2? Or is this more likely an early clone?

It might be an early very slight short shot? Or a test shot that got out of the factory as a factory second. Red is the color they commonly use for things like mold testing. So it might be Lego.

Hi!

I'm trying to rebuild sets from my blocks, so I try to identify the sets from special blocks.

I'm looking for the names of those four pieces...

The car grill looks like 'Brick 1 x 4 with Town Car Grille Chrome' (3010p20c) but there are no blocks that are 1 x 6 with that print.

Thanks!

Could anyone identify for me the cape, face, and hair used on the minifigure on the left in this picture?

Cool. I was going to start a topic asking about a few parts i have, but i found this first.

In the last year I've been buying bulk lots of old lego and then trying to sort out what sets might be included. I've managed to rebuild quite a few sets but i have some pieces that I can't identify.

What sets are those windows from? (i have more of them)

Are the blue a red Canopys from the same set?

The 2 Black bricks seem to have metal in them and are much heavier than normal. Ship weights?

A grey tyre?

But these 2 printed bricks are bugging me the most.

The red Octagon is most likely from http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=6776-1, just guessing as that set would also have that trans red piece. Although not the White finger hinge tile it's attached to.

The blue canopy with finger hinges is most likely from an Exploriens set, assuming the white finger hinge plate goes with it. Otherwise it could be any number of classic space, alpha Team or other sets. The Explorians Starship is one set that would have both the blue pointed canopy and the two white finger hinge pieces. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=6982-1

The tan car interior and the front grill are from one of the adventurers Dessert sets

http://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=S&catString=53.247

Those parts were common to almost all of them.

For that grey tire, maybe Droid Developer Kit? http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=9748-1

Thanks again.

It looks like i have alot of parts for the ogel set and the droid set but not the others. I already own a droid so i won't be needing a lego one

Hi peeps!

Could somebody help me identify this piece? It was in a baggie of secondhand parts I got at a market yesterday, and I don't recognize it, can't seem to find info on it, and there's no number on it. I was assuming it's the lid of a battery box or something. Any clues?

Thanks!

The large black bricks do indeed have metal in them, they are ballast for one of the old (mid to late 90s) ships that were designe to float in water

These were also used as weight for the 12V trains locomotives (and maybe 9V?) for a better grip on the rails.

I need to know if these two pieces will fit together. I like the look of the fabuland window shutters and am trying to work out it any non-fabuland piece will hold them. This is the shutter piece x638:

Will they fit with part 3581:

I'm hoping someone with one of these shutters can reply. Thank you!

Hi all,

I'm having a hard time identifying this black piece I picked up from the Pick-A-Brick wall in Berlin.

I got 7 of them and all of them have different numbers from 9-03 to 30-03 so I'm guessing it's a date and not a part code. I'm guessing based on the single stud that's in the middle of the 4 bars that it is pictured the right way up :)

If someone know this part I would be very grateful to know the partcode :)

Thank you in advance!
