PaulBaldowski Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 That wall in the backdrop alone makes me want to squeal with glee. What an utterly incredible build. Stunning. Quote
501st Commando Posted April 9, 2012 Author Posted April 9, 2012 That's quite a build! It looks pretty accurate, can you build the rest? Maybe someday I'll add the back wall and the other half. @-Thanks for the great comments everyone! Quote
BobBongo1895 Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 A huge, massive and fantastic MOC. The wall is impressive. Quote
Smack Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Wow I want to compliment so many parts of this masterpiece (MOC to me is not quite an appropriate term) so I will just say what a wonderful creation this is to look at. I have stopped by to admire more than once and decided I had to comment. I mean when you even like the crates in the scene that speaks of the awesomeness of this build. Thanks for sharing this with the community and I look forward to your next creation. Quote
Im a brickmaster. Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Wow! Just wow. That is extremly awsome looking. I like your gunship. Very well done! Quote
Brickdoctor Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 This dio is massive, but you've still got a great amount of detail, especially in the walls. Love that. The dice for containers is absolute genius. True 'NPU' right there. I said in your WIP topic that i thought the fuel canisters might be too colorful, but seeing the whole thing, they fit in perfectly and add a nice splash of color, so nice job with that. Being a huge fan of SNOT and studlessness, there's a lot for me to love in the gunship, though I think that the nose seems a little too...stubby. The angle of the front of the cockpit section kind of throws off the shape there. (though I can't really think of a better way to do it) You are missing the little squarish white clamp in that area on the 'real' thing; (I believe that, in-universe, it's the safety latch that releases when the cockpits eject) I think that might help smooth things out in that area. WhiteFang Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 great job, I really like it, wow Welcome to Eurobricks. Though this is your first post in the forum, please type your comments in proper sentences which includes the usage of proper capitalisation at the start of each new sentence. Thank you. Quote

Thanks! About the nose of the gunship, I can't say I'm a fan either. I've tried a few possible fixes, but all of them made it look worse. At the moment I can't find a solution. @-Thanks for the great comments everyone! Quote
