He pauses a moment and looks around before leaning in closer and whispering. "Only 60 gold for you."

"Make it 55 and we have a deal. Else I can always wait until I'm back in Eubric where I know a man who will do it for 40..."

Eric strolled to Sanjay's shack. He was glad to see the exotic merchant did stock some potions. However, he only stocked the more expensive kind. On top of that, he charged more than they were actually worth.

Eric gestured towards the potions. "I'll give you 10 gold each for those. I think that surely covers your expenses adequatly"

"Splendid! Here is the 55 gold and the dagger, I trust you'll do a great job."

"Yes, my friends always tell I am great at job."

Greebie takes the weapon and gold. After a short time he calls Namyrra back over to his shop.

"Is complete now. Here is dagger and gem. You see no scratches and no cracks and chips. Tell you worth my charge, everything perfect. Even polish dagger, no extra charge."

He grins with pride as he hands the two items to Namyrra.

Tesni palmed the paper and slid the container back into her bag. She stood and waited for Eric to finish his business with Sanjay.

"Well, sure if you want my children to starve tonight. I will be able to help you out. How many Grand Potions do you require?"

"Oh boo-hoo-hoo ... Here's 50 gold for five of those Potions. I'll do you a favor and buy another portion of Smelling Salts at your overrated costs" the Raider said and tossed the salesman 90 gold coins in total. He yanked the goods out of the merchants hands and decided to check out the Lizardman's stand. Eric took a big swig of rum out of a bottle he had brought from the pirate ship and pocketed his newly bought items.

Tesni stood by the side of the stall, "We've been sent to fetch something good sir." She said quietly.

"Thank you so much sir!",

Sanjay exclaims through gritted teeth and a forced smile as Eric tosses him the gold.

"Safe journey."

As Eric leaves, Sanjay mutters something in a strange dialect under his breath. He puts away the gold and looks up at Tesni as she approaches.

"Ah yes, you have the receipt I trust?"

Tesni hands him the receipt for Box 3. He scans it quickly.

"Excellent. One moment."

He ducks behind the counter, taking the receipt with him. Tesni can hear a lock clicking an a large chest behind opened. Sanjay then stands up and places three boxes on the counter, each is locked. He hands her one, but keeps his hands on the other two.

"These two just arrived yesterday. They came with a note stating that the person claiming that box would also have the recipts for these two if they wish to claim them, something about a great contest starting soon and the shopkeepers couldn't wait for the party to arrive and sent them here."

He shrugs.

"All I know is they require separate receipts and came with my holding fee, so are these yours as well?"

Tesni slips the tube out of her pack and pulls out the next two receipts. Surprisingly they match the information on the boxes and Sanjay hands them over. Maurice takes all three boxes from Tesni and toss them in the "special" bag, rolling his eyes as he remembered the silly pride of the shopkeeper that showed them the bag.

"Is there anything else I can do for you? A rare gem perhaps? I have only three left."

Eric approaches the stall, a toothy smile and gravely (yet feminine) voice greets him from the large lizard creature behind the counter.

"A man of the drink! Welcome to my shop friend! I have most fresh sea food here, some drinks too. Let me know if you see anything you like."

Mead. Causes the encouraged-effect, doubling the target's attack power for the duration of one battle. 12 gold.

Soma. Causes the blessed-effect, allowing the target to recover 3 health at the end of each round for the duration of one battle. 45 gold.

Nostrum. Causes the lucky-effect, allowing the target to roll the battle die twice and get the better result of the two for the duration of one battle. 35 gold.

Saltwater Clam. 5 gold.

Crab Meat. 2 gold.

Fresh Fish. 1 gold.

Eric drank the rest of his rum as the Lizardwoman adressed him.

"Aye, that I am!" he acknowledged her statement. "I see you stock fine quality Mead. Can I get a bulk discount, say 2 coins per bottle I buy?"

"The mead isn't the only fine quality things in this booth."

She smiles her toothy grin and wiggles her tail, but trying to flutter her nonexistant eyelashes just comes off a little creepy.

"I can't do discounts like that, but what I will do for you is give you a free Mead for every 5 you buy. How does that sound to you?"

[Khorne]

Eric leaned against Freeda's shack, crossing his arms across his chest. Craftily he put on his best seductive smile and replied:

"I can say I have an eye for all thins exquisite and fine, and I must say your shiny and scaly skin have not escaped my gaze. The green hue of your scales matches your benign eyes perfectly"

He chuckled softly and moved in a bit closer. "I'm kind of thirsty and longing for some of that great ale. I'm willing to take ten bottles of your sweet hands. I'm sure a fine damsel as you can give me three bottles for free?"

Eric let his hand slide through his blond hair as he finished the last part of his sentence. He put on his best smile once more and waited Freeda's reply.

[Darkdragon]

She giggled, which actually sounded more like a growl, and set 13 bottles of mead on the counter.

"I think I can do that for you, we'll keep it our little secret."

She winked while looking Eric up and down.

[Khorne]

"But of course, my dear" Eric said in a hushed tone. He then took out his coin purse and paid the seller 120 gold. "A pleasure doing business with you, Freeda"

Eric winked at the Lizardwoman and turned around, his back towards the seller. He had a hard time subdueing his grin as he left.

"Thank you Sanjay, what is this about a contest? Four champions such as ourselves might find a fitting diversion, I am surely not wanting to jump right back on a boat to Eubrick."

[Darkdragon]

"It's some sort of get together from folks all over the lands. You can only participate if you've already sent in letters of engagement weeks ago, so I'm sure they would turn you away from the tournements. A mighty warrior such as yourself would probably wipe the floor with them anyway, it would be way too quick."

[Peppermint_M]

"That's a shame friend. Well, might you know where I can sell this sea junk? We collected a lot from some fish."

[Darkdragon]

"Hmm. Well, if you have any bones, gems, or pearls I will take those off your hands. Greebie normally buys weapons, and Freeda would buy fish and such. That old boot though, I don't know anyone who would want that."

[Quarryman]

"Well mr Sanjay, I have this bone here that I really don't need, what will you give me for it?"

[Peppermint_M]

"Well, I'll be selling the small pearl, what price can I get?"

[Darkdragon]

"Well mr Sanjay, I have this bone here that I really don't need, what will you give me for it?"

"I will pay you 5 gold for the bone."

"Well, I'll be selling the small pearl, what price can I get?"

"Oh a small black pearl, very nice item there. I'll give you 25 gold for that one."

[Peppermint_M]

"Good deal." Tesni hands over the pearl. "I'll step over to sell the shell. Good doing business."

At Freeda's stall Tesni took the shell from her bag. "I hear you buy these things?"

"Hi, yes that looks very tasty. I can give you 5 gold for it."

[Peppermint_M]

"Great!" Tesni handed over the shell and collected her gold.
