sam89 Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Yes, it is a long wait, but remember there's lots of other great sets coming out before them, like Star Wars, Designer sets, City construction, Ferrari, Technic and so on . . . Quote
Vader Posted January 20, 2005 Posted January 20, 2005 Hey it only seems like yesterday that we were saying that it was gonna be a long time till we got the jedi starfighter but here we are just 6 days away from it being on shop at home, or at least thats what i was told on 2 occasions when i rang lego. The Middleman Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 I can wait for the Vikings. I expect prices: - Fortress: $70-$100 - Drakar: $50-$70 - Boat: $10 - Fenrir: $5 - Catapult: $20 So at MINIMUM, I'm expecting to spend $155 + tax on these. That's a lot of money that I don't have right now, especially with $150 of City Construction coming up. *wacko* Quote

Orlego Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 That seems like the biggest problem I have with Lego in 2005. I NEED MORE MONEY!! Damn you Lego and all your cool sets. ;) And damn you Wal-mart and your great deals. ;) ;) Quote
Jipay Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 Well I don't have that problem... I skipped some episode II sets because I didn't liked them so i think it will happen with some episode III sets. Not all the KK2 2 sets are appeal me... So I can save for the vikkings :oD Quote

Vader Posted January 22, 2005 Posted January 22, 2005 Its a tough situation as we want to encourage people to post here but we dont want really old topics started again, i know earlier in the week one new poster had opened up alot of old posts for no reason really. Then i even had a new poster email me asking me for more information, it was clear that that person hadnt read what i had written because it clearly said "this is just speculation" on my part. And the posting of old pics is getting to be a problem as well :( Quote
The Middleman Posted January 22, 2005 Posted January 22, 2005 You should have a topic: 'READ THIS BEFORE YOU POST ANY 'NEWS''. Quote
Orlego Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 You should have a topic: 'READ THIS BEFORE YOU POST ANY 'NEWS''. This is being worked on but everyone must also realize that we were all newbies at one point in time. This is not an issue about being soft on new people. Every forum as problems like this and we just need to deal with them as they come. Posting words of hate and anger are just as bad. If you have a problem please contact an admin or a Mod and we will deal with this issue in PRIVATE!!. Thanks, Orlego Quote
