Hulk_Smash Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Cool thanks, It is a pain that there are not many blue heads, I still need one for my nightcrawler, the genies head doesn't really work for him. Quote
ReZourceman Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 NRG Jay's head is really good for Nightcrawler. Quote
Repeter Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Wow, haven't checked back in a bit...also haven't had any time to make any new minifigs...been traveling for work. Looking good, everyone... 1. That Jonah Hex is awesome and I really love the character. 2. Metallo...I don't know where you guys come up with this stuff, but man is that cool! 3. @ReZourceman...nice group shot...kinda overwhelming and you might have to get a wider lens, soon! Btw, what head is that for your Mystique? I don't think I've seen that one before. Quote
SoupOrFishOil Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 3. @ReZourceman...nice group shot...kinda overwhelming and you might have to get a wider lens, soon! Btw, what head is that for your Mystique? I don't think I've seen that one before. That head belongs to Gypsy Moth from the Insectoids theme. I'm not familiar with Mystique, but looking at images of her, it does seem like the best head out there for her. On another note, I can't find a good torso, but I think that the new Mr. Freeze head is pretty much perfect for Deadman. Any suggestions? Quote
Hulk_Smash Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 Inspired by ReZourceman here is my Iron Man MKI Quote
Oky Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 OMG! I just realized: If you switch the hair piece on this minifig out for the new Count Dooku hair, you get Stan Lee!! Can't wait to get this fig now! Quote

RaincloudDustbin Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Nice, I really like the first one. Quote
InsaneJames Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 How can you put this piece (http://www.bricklink...tem.asp?P=64647) into a lego head ? Don't you have to break it, if so it wouldn't be purist anymore. Quote
autorazr Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 yep, you gotta break it. The figure works purist without it, so just an added detail. Quote
toothpick11 Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 (edited) Alright, so no one said anything mean so I am going to post 5 more Purist superheroes. Please feel free to comment or criticize. Thanks Namor Gangbuster Super-Chief The Question Valor Thanks again Edited March 30, 2013 by toothpick11 Quote
sologuy369 Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 (edited) Nice Bucky "toothpick". I don't know why I didn't think of that. After I find out when the robin polybag comes out, I will make some different buckys! Edited March 31, 2013 by sologuy369 Quote
toothpick11 Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 Thanks sologuy. The head I used was from The Riddler. There are so few masked lego heads. I am looking forward to the Robin poly also. I am also pretty excited for the upcoming Lone Rangers masked head. Quote
autorazr Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 @toothpick11 nice Namor, ive been struggling with whether or not to post mine. I dont have a good shirtless body, other than the jungle man so my Namor is a little weird, hes more like his current look in x-men where he's mostly covered. But good choice of head, I used the same exact one I think. I don't know valor or gangbuster but they all look good. I'm all about the yellow skinned legos, so youve always got my support. Quote
toothpick11 Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 Thanks autorazr. I am still working to improve them all. Valor needs a different head. I have about 20 more to post, i just don't want to flood the page. Quote
autorazr Posted March 31, 2013 Posted March 31, 2013 @toothpick, lol, I thought I was already flooding the page, bring it on itll make me feel better Quote
Repeter Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 @Autorazr: Dormammu are Pyro my favorites...but I'm a bit of a pyro myself, so... ;) @Toothpick...whenever I have a big batch, I photo them in pairs to cut down on the pic count. I like a lot of your obscure stuff--Detecive Chimp? Lol...Nice Namor and Bucky too. Quote
