Legocity2713 Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 (edited) If you don't mind a touch of gold, there's that one green female Jedi's torso. It's feminine, obviously, but would probably match Stormtrooper/Clone torsos fairly well. Is it white? I can only find that Sand Green torso, and The Future Foundation's whole theme is white with a hint of black. Some really cool looking costumes, some of my favorites in the MU if I do say so myself. Legocity2713 Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 There's the Jedi Consular in a full white outfit. Ah, thank you. My apologies as well, I didn't see that. It could work, the yellow isn't too overbearing. Quote
Silent Nomad Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 I recently saw the latest Lego DC Superheroes movie, and I noticed that they made Sinestro's hands the same color as his head, which I've seen a few people say should have been done in the first place. I'm thinking of changing that on my own figure, since hands exist in that color (on the CMF lady robot), as well as putting a transparent yellow stud on one of his hands (and a trans green one on one of Hal's hands) to simulate the glow of his ring. Also, I noticed that Robin, Beast Boy, and Starfire are based on Teen Titans Go, and not the original Teen Titans cartoon, as I originally thought. The only difference between the two is Starfire's hair color, which is dark red in TT, but pink in TTG, as well as on the minifigure. The original hair choice for that minifigure is poor, and I wanted to change her to the TT version anyway, so I gave her this hairpiece. It's not a perfect match (nothing would be), but I liked it best because it's long, the end flares out to both sides (as her's does in the cartoon), and it has two pieces in the front that hang down on both sides, as her hair does in the cartoon. Any thoughts on either idea? Quote
Im a brickmaster. Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 I thought of a genius idea only a few people well be able to do! Take the head of the Trickster, Sinestros torso/legs add hair and BAM! Yellow Lantern Hal Jordon ah la Injustice. Quote

Legocity2713 Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 PSA: Hawkeye's AoU head works very well for a Loki head. Quote
JaseTJ Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 There's the Jedi Consular in a full white outfit. That's the one I meant, yeah. Sorry, I don't keep up too much with no-name Star Wars 'figs, especially when I get them via the EB Advent Calendar. Quote

Biggus_Brickus Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 (edited) I recommend the classic poison ivy hair for Starfire Does anybody have any purist ideas for Amethyst of gemworld?, I'm considering the new Daphne Hairpiece since I'm trying to base it of the Cartoon Network design, also nebula's torso Edited August 11, 2015 by Biggus_Brickus Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Here's a pretty good purist one. Oh wow, that actually IS really good! I'm real picky when it comes to Amythest thanks to that really great miniseries Cartoon Network did for DC Nation, and I wholeheartedly support that one! A+! Quote
Silent Nomad Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 I recommend the classic poison ivy hair for Starfire I'm not really clear on why that's a good choice. Quote
K-Nut Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 I'm not really clear on why that's a good choice. I think it's more swept back than her current hairpiece. I definitely think it's the best option if you want her to look like the TT Show version. Personally, if anything, I'll change her hair to the dark red mold of the piece she comes with and try and use the Magenta piece on a Songbird figure. Quote

Skier1215 Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 And for your enjoyment, a WIP Daredevil. The white ruffle is not great, and I really want to get a Flash helmet for him, but so far I think he's okay. Quote
