Also, does anyone have some good ideas for making Cisco Ramon from the Flash? :classic:

I posted a pic of him a few pages back, but if you can, I'd use the CMF Gamer's torso and arms instead, or maybe one of the torsos in the Big Bang Theory sets.

I'll go ahead and take this opportunity to link back to one of my favorite pictures I've taken, with Cisco and Vibe

"I'm gonna be THAT cool?!"

Armored Lantern uses Ultimate Aaron's armor, and Impulse uses Falcon's torso, Mighty Micros Flash's head, and the Zombie Businessman's head.

EDIT: Ninja'd.

Correct. Different arms on Falcon's Torso. And the same goes for GL's Arms (They're dark green rather than black)

Wow dude! I love all of your minifigures, especially these two (armoured Green Lantern and Impulse)! Do you know by any chance which exact pieces you used to make these? I may have a shot at creating them myself!

If you wanted a Vibe Googles head try the Hydra Soldier from AOU sets.

Cloak and Dagger.

NOTE: Cloak's face is not purist but a great alternative (w/out cheekbones) comes with Finn, which I do not own. Cloak's cloak is a short black cape from Arkham Asylum (Don't own Arkham, just cut a cape to that size) and Storm's cape.

That Cloak and Dagger are great! But, to my knowledge, that face is purist, unless you erased Rhodey's cheekbones.

It looks like he erased them.

Turns out this is my first minifig of the year :distressed: I've been wanting to take a crack at Bombshell for awhile, and now that I have a grey female head I figured I'd give it a shot! I'm not a huge fan of the torso, so I wouldn't mind some suggestions on that, it was just the only one I had that was black with some centralized red.

LEGO Purist Custom DC Superheroes Bombshell 4-9-16

Cloak and Dagger look fantastic! The cape trick is really clever there, especially!

Loving El Dorado, too, c0rnedfr0g!

That El Dorado does not look purist. Still very cool none the less. Really loving that cape!:thumbup:

It is 100% purist. The hair is Harry Potters, the head and torso are from Indiana Jones, the cape is from the old Adventurers line, and the legs are from a CMF. It goes together so nicely it looks too good to be purist though.

Wow! That torso was really throwing me off! That is such an awesome figure! :D

Nexus, nice job! :D

What context is the name Rodney used here?

El Dorado

WOW! That El Dorado is absolutely amazing!

It is 100% purist. The hair is Harry Potters, the head and torso are from Indiana Jones, the cape is from the old Adventurers line, and the legs are from a CMF. It goes together so nicely it looks too good to be purist though.

The hair, as K-Nut stated, can be found on Harry Potter, but I think that it’s worth noting that it also can be found on many other minifigures as well. The head and torso, as K-Nut also stated, are from the Indiana Jones theme, but more specifically, they belong to Temple Guard # 1 and Temple Guard # 2, respectively. Both of these guys are found in The Temple of Doom set. Again, as K-Nut said, the cape comes from the Adventurers theme. More specifically, it belongs to Achu, an obscure character from the late '90's Jungle subset of Adventurers. Achu appears, cape and all, in the Amazon Ancient Ruins set, the River Expedition set, and the Ruler of the Jungle set. Finally, the legs belong to the Actor, one of the Series 8 collectible minifigures. All in all, this is an amazing figure made from a vast, eclectic selection of Lego bricks. Kudos to c0rnedfr0g for it’s creation!

Wow! That torso was really throwing me off! That is such an awesome figure! :D

To me, the torso and head both looked "different" from the rest of the figure, and upon first glance, I too, wasn't sure if it was purist or not.

Thanks, everyone! I was also surprised at how well the figure turned out

You're very welcome! :D Keep up the great work! Happy building!

You could try and build her like Giant Man was built. The face would be the difficult part but in minifig form. '

Hair: https://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?colorID=5&itemID=125893

Head: https://www.bricklin...0&itemID=125154

Torso: the closest thing I could find https://www.bricklin...0&itemID=120820

Legs: And to match the torso https://www.bricklin...9&itemID=120798

I'm not the proudest of the legs the torso is okay but for a quick search this should help out a little.

If you prefer yellow people, I've seen Giganta built with the Cavewoman's torso and legs from Collectable Minifigures Series 5.

Ok. Was getting very upset today over the Thor minifig. I really can't stand TLG version. Yellow hair, bright red cape, blue pants? Just didn't seem right. Anywho. I swapped the arms for sleeveless (flesh) and started to look for leg alternatives. I ended up going with the armored batman legs. I think it looks phenomenal. The dark blue and dark gray make it look a bit more like his actual attire.

Just finished my Elongated Man, and Rogueverse Flash. I saw his design all over flickr, and decided to add zurg arms to him for the stretch effect.
