Nice job across the board, but I just have to say that there's something about that Nightwing is EXCEPTIONAL though, almost like he was plucked straight from a comic book. Excellent job capturing that look.

Any ideas what to use for face of Ego? It's a shame we didn't get an official fig with that precious/important character.

 

I found Kanjiklub torso and legs could work, Anakin's hairpiece in gray.

Dori from the Hobbit or Lor San Tekka's head are about your only options... Not many fleshy heads with full grey beards out there. Clone Wars Dooku would probably be the best, if not for the animated-style printing...

Ohh, I like the modifications!

For Aquaman though, upcoming DC Girls set 41239 has a Flash minidoll sporting DCEU Superman's hairpiece in yellow, something I thing would make a perfect classic Aquaman! 

Also, Wonder Woman in this set has a great comic styled shield to be used for minifigure Wonder Woman.

Dori would be the best choice for those 3 figs that you gave. Hmmm I still finding the more accurate one tho.

That figure of Ben is actually already in the Cantina set and the Death Star. This set is just a cheaper way of getting him.
