Ryker_Hill Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 I found a perfect head for Hugo Strange! It's the newest Two-Face henchman. (The one with the glasses and goatee, even though Hugo has a beard not a goatee.) Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted June 5, 2014 Posted June 5, 2014 That works okay, it's probably our best flesh option we've got. I stuck it on a Mad Scientist torso and black legs. Quote
autorazr Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 dude, for Hugo Strange, use a flesh doc ock, and add the beard off of the coon skin cap robot from Lego Movie CMF. Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 The brown beard just doesn't look right on him.. Quote
autorazr Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 The brown beard just doesn't look right on him.. really? I know its either been black or gray in comics, I figured the brown in between wouldnt look too weird. I'm gonna try it with the old yellow mad scientist head later to see for myself. Quote
Zilcho Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 "Tremor" from the second smallest Agents set has some brilliant pieces for a purist Silver Samurai Quote
MattZitron Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 The Orb (Ghostrider Villain) This is how you PURIST The ORB is PERFECT. And he's super important in the latest Marvel crossover. Quote
Microdragons Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 For anyone that wanted a hood for Taskmaker, they've come out with one! And guess which mini its on. There's also some good pieces running around in "Super Agents" line. Quote
KingPixels Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 (edited) And guess which mini its on. Taskmaster? Edited June 8, 2014 by KingPixels Quote

Numbuh1Nerd Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 I found a really nice Punisher head in a smaller Lone Ranger set on the body of a soldier. Has anybody made any cool X-Men out of Cyclops's torso? It seems generic enough to work for a bunch of them, but my knowledge of the X-Men is too limited to come up with anything myself. Quote
autorazr Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 for anyone who hasnt yet seen Infearno's helmet used for Ghostrider GR Cloak and Dagger Nightcrawler with tail DoFP Wolverine Quote
Microdragons Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 (edited) It's Fuzzy-Elf! Looks a bit angry, but that can't be fixed can it? His hair is a bit of. May I Suggest this piece http://www.bricklink...m.asp?P=15705 but in black? What is his tail? Edited June 10, 2014 by Microdragons Quote
Zilcho Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 Nice customs as usual, autrazr! Where is Nightcrawler's head from,? Quote
autorazr Posted June 10, 2014 Posted June 10, 2014 @Microdragons, He's battle ready I guess, not angry (I'm cool with it, there are like almost no blue head options). That hairpiece though, doesnt come in black. To me, he must have curly 90's hair, this is about the curliest short do lego makes aside from the afro which isnt that short of a do. He'd look a little too emo with that spikey hair I think. @Zilcho, thanks, the head is one of those bad guy demon dudes from ninjago. I got it on bricklink pretty cheap, dunno what sets its in but I think theres 2 with him. Quote

Yooha Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Hi to all, Since I don't have too many minifigs IRL, but love the CMF series and working in digital form, now comes something ultra-purist! Using only parts from the CMF series - without any color change! With these limitations, some characters are..challenging. As a moved on, I realized that the villains of Batman have the highest chance to be made. So I plan to post them in group of 3 - hopefully one in every day - without saying their name. I hope the will be recognizable. The first group: Quote
autorazr Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Dude, actually, that torso is pretty perfect for purist Heath ledger joker. Too bad by your own restrictions there's no green hair. I'm gonna make an IRL version later. Quote
Zilcho Posted June 11, 2014 Posted June 11, 2014 Some other ones you could make from the CMF line: Bane (surfer torso + wrestler head) Zatanna (magician from the first wave) Mad hatter (leprechaun) Man bat Gorilla Grod Soloman Grundy (zombie) Green arrow Spider man lizard There's also 2 clowns and 2 mimes which would be great joker goons. I'm also sure you could make basically any alter-ego since there are so many civilian torsos and heads. Quote
Rinzler Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 That Catwoman is based off The Batman TV series from 2006, isn't it? Quote
ReZourceman Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 Onsalught is awesome. Sakaaran might be a good head for him. Quote
SandMirror38 Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Do semi-purists count? I made a Gwen Stacy which I am EXTREMLEY proud of! But she has a trenchcoat made using a lego cape.. Can I still upload it here? Quote
KCMatze Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 (edited) Not sure, but I would really love to see it Someone posted the Orb earlier, that is awesome!! I would do it with white hands though, but its almost perfect! May I ask where the head with the giant eye is from? Edited June 13, 2014 by KCMatze Quote
