Oky posted a good pic a few pages back. Basically it's the Lego Movie flashback Vitruvius head and the Clone Wars Count Dooku hair. If you can't get that head, I'd use the newer Lando Calrissian head.

Just messing around with some pieces last night and noticed that if you turn the haunted house vampire lady torso backwards, and use a white cape, you have an almost identical colour, pattern and print to the sdcc collector mini.
