For the two or three of you that said you liked my League (p. 63), and anyone else interested...

I've just spent the last couple hours putting together what's looking like it'll be three Bricklink orders to get enough Dastan torsos and ninja hoods for a decent-sized MOC :) Keep an eye on the Licensed board towards the end of December ;)

EDIT: Come to think of it, I might not be able to finish the MOC until I can get Green Arrow, and that could be a long while... I like my version fine, but I need the Lone Ranger's head for Arsenal (whom I'll post here when my orders go through).

I just saw this picture of Beast Boy from an issue of Teen Titans and noticed something very familiar...

His suit looks exactly like Falcon's torso in the AIM Lab set! The perfect solution for a purist Beast Boy!

The Top looks pretty good. I'd suggest a white head for Shade. Isn't that Abraham Lincoln's hat with the beard cut off? You'd be better off with a regular sized one either way, though. Otherwise, good work!

Haha yea dude, it's awesome. Really didn't expect to see him this next year at all. So exciting!!! :D

On a unrelated note to the Beast Boy comment, I've just made my own superhero that I've wanted to make for a while in actual lego form. Made the actual character for a Palladium RPG I was doing with some friends.

That would be a fun one. Do you have any ideas for him? The head's probably going to be the hardest part.

I would honestly use the Elf hairpiece from Series 3 for sure since it covers the hair and the lightning bolts. As for the head, I think anything with goggles would be just fine.

My brother suggested to use the upcoming Arrow headpiece, but I don't think its the most fitting if Im honest! As for the torso, I looked at my Hydra Henchman figure, but realised it also wouldn't work.

Yeah, that stubble might look a bit out of place. I think the best look for the torso might just be plain green with black arms. I looked at the green torsos and black torsos on Bricklink and didn't find much of anything that would give off the same feel. K-Nut's hair idea sounds perfect.

If you're talking Squirrel Girl, people've made her using the Chima fox's tail I believe. I guess it's brown enough, though I dunno what specific color it is.

I suppose so, but I'd need another Batgirl. I'd prefer to get her costume, though. She's one of the last few members of The Network that I need to be satisfied with my lineup, and everything other than that torso is easy.

Apparently nothing in the right color is going to match up with that symbol very nicely, so I'll cut my losses. I don't have the parts to make her at the moment, so if any of you guys feel like putting her together and sharing some pictures...
