vean Posted May 8, 2012 Author Posted May 8, 2012 (edited) How are you securing those sideways doors? Are those headlight bricks toward the back end of the trucks? If so, is that the only connection point? These look really good, and even though I swore off Cuusoo after the Winchester debacle, I think I'm going to go out and vote for these. I have changed some parts to secure the doors: Edited May 9, 2012 by vean Quote
Ardelon Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 Really cool trucks, vean! I agree with the crowd - the giant hotdog is the highlight. Supported. The black vans look positively sinister after the colorful and innocent food trucks! Quote

Lego Amaryl Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Nice trucks. My only concern is that the door used in horizontal position may not stay open in that position, due to gravity it would tend to fall... Quote
vean Posted May 18, 2012 Author Posted May 18, 2012 Nice trucks. My only concern is that the door used in horizontal position may not stay open in that position, due to gravity it would tend to fall... It was my main fear. Tests realized with real bricks are good. We can even use intermediate positions, so the "opened" one is really stable. I would never post not practicable project. Vean Quote
Bricksan Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I used part 60594 with a clear window so it stayed open and then had a small window next to it, as O based mine off English style vans Quote
