deskp Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 At comic con Lego people said they will reveal more from the hobbit "in the coming months" wich would mean before november. My highly likely speculation: We will see more from the hobbit lego next month when the new movie trailer arrives. As for not spoiling plot, they can just reveal all the dwarf minifigures.
Darth Caedus Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 great! Reality check bro, just cool your jets. You don't want to alienate people just by over-enthusiasm.
CM4Sci Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Bricklink has listed a Gandalf, Morcia Orc and Gimli keychains. -Sci

CorneliusMurdock Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 In the future, if someone makes a distinctly off-topic post, report it don't reply to it. It makes cleaning it up easier. Thank you.
deskp Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 (edited) Gondorian soldiers. I have faith that these will be made into real lego at some point. I would have expected them to wear the armor piece though, they look good like this either way (from the handheld video game) Edited August 15, 2012 by deskp

Jimbobulus Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 I wonder if we'll ever get a minifigure of old Bilbo, with that hobbit hair piece in a light grey. I realize the odds of that happening are slim since they already did a Gandalf Arrives set there's probably no way they'll ever make a Bilbo's Birthday Party set. A bit of a shame they didn't include him with the Gandalf Arrives set.. Maybe they might release a Grey HAvens set or something, with old Bilbo, some of the relevant characters and a boat. Could be quite cool, with a landing stage also..
deskp Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Is that the armor Merry wears in the movie? You are propably thinking of Pippin, but no, he wears another type, but same faction.
Moexy Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 (edited) Wow those soldiers look great especially there shield Would be better tho if they wore armor like the uruk-hai, but maybe they are going to do that with some sort of elite soldiers or maybe like the white hand armor in the orc forge set. Thanx for the pics EDIT: there helm's are also great actually Edited August 15, 2012 by Moexy
Cammo Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 You are propably thinking of Pippin, but no, he wears another type, but same faction. Well... This tells me to watch the movies again But Merry did in fact wear a helmet when riding on a horse with Eowyn, no?
Philip Robin Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Well... This tells me to watch the movies again But Merry did in fact wear a helmet when riding on a horse with Eowyn, no? Well, yes. But Merry was with the Rohirrim, so his helmet was a different style. Pippin was the one who was in Gondor and wore this armor, or at least a set that was similar.

Masked Builder Posted August 15, 2012 Posted August 15, 2012 Is the LOTR Game demo out for PS3 yet? It won't come out, judging from the past two games, until the game comes out.
