Skrytsson Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 Tomorrow the exhibition Stockholm piece by piece starts at Stockholm Tramway Museum. Do you remeber the sneak peak look I gave you on one of the other models a month ago? 1940s Trams in Stureplan This time I will let you have a look at the creation that represents the present. NK & Trams takes place at Hamngatan in Stockholm. The part of Hamngatan where the NK-Mall is and the Stockholm Tram goes. This is a beautiful sight and I definitly think it deserves to be shaped in a historical context. Do you want to have a look at the 1890- and 2050-creations? Check out the exhibition that starts in Stockholm tomorrow! This creation consists of4000 parts:) Christmas, already? I can easily identify with this woman Everybody does not enjoy shopping... soccerkid6 Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 Nice MOC! That logo looks great I like the angled section in the front of the building too. The whole thing has a very nice finished feel Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 Very nice MOC and beautiful story line! Quote
Dakar A Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 I love all of the details on the building, but the stories of all of the individual charachters in the street are just fantastic! The tram is a beauty also! Blogged on Brick Town Talk! Quote
lightningtiger Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 Beautiful creation 'Skrytsson', the tram is very modern looking and that building is just wonderful....I it (the sign is very clever). Brick On 'Skrytsson' ! Quote
L@go Posted May 26, 2012 Posted May 26, 2012 I like this a lot, just as I liked your previous one. You have a way of building that leaves very crisp, clear builds with smooth surfaces, and the end results are great. The logo is particularly nice - as I said on Flickr, it's necessarily a lot more angular than the original, but still instantly recognisable. Could the ring possibly have been done with rigid 3mm tube? Quote
Asper Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 (edited) I really like this MOC, It's all very realistic. Great work on the logo. Edited May 28, 2012 by Asper Quote
EuroTrains Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 This is a pretty sweet diorama. You did the building and tram well, but also the road and other stuff. Well done! Quote
mrlegoman Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 What an excellent recreation, the tram is nice and I like the N K logo too. Quote
