Not sure. I refrained from buying it thinking that we might have the same problem.

The only problem for me was TCW variant of Saesee Tiin. It looked horrible.

That is the problem with CW figures these days for some figures they look good for others they don't.

I see, I don't own it but from most reviews I have heard other people complain about that missile launching on the stand too. So if I were to purchase a Naboo Starfighter, the 2011 version would be the best one, right?

yeah, I was quite underwhelmed with the set. The N-1 is lacking a lot of detail and the Vulture doid is horrbly designed, especially with the missles. I'd get the 2011 version if I had to do it again.

Favorite - Anakin and Sebulba's Podracers (7962)

Least favorite - 10143, Death Star 2. I dislike sets with no playability, the other (10188) was

amazing.

Even though it had no playability it was a UCS after all and, unlike today, the playability was limited back then.

The battle of Endor has got to be my favourite set: it had lots of playability and great figures.

One of my least favourites:

the malevolence: this set isn't all bad, I purchased it with high hopes thinking it would be a good set and in some places it is others not, the figures were ok exept for padme. The ship itself was good but the back part where the train carts are could have been used for fighting space for dooku and anakin, a few more battle droids would have also been nice.

6210 Jabba's Sail Barge was always a favourite of mine, I regretted selling it so I've just bought it again! As for least favourite, I'd have to say the earlier sets were a little bit naff but even so I'm struggling to find one that I really don't like. I'll say 7171 Mos Espa PodRace as it came with two of the worst sw figs ever!

We alreay have a topic for discussion of your favorite and least favorite sets. I know this topic is 'Top 10', but we really don't need more than one topic to discuss these lists of things, and the subject of this topic is a smaller part of the subject of the other topic. I'll merge the topics.

Without a doubt my favorite Star Wars set is the Battle of Endor set from 2009. Not only is it a great set (and it still holds up after all these years), I also love it for sentimental reasons. It was a gift from my girlfriend and it was the set that brought me out of my dark ages.

That is a fantastic set, and one of my favorites. But the one I like the most in my collection is 10188 Death Star. It has so many great features, a lot of creativity used in building such a large set and including many iconic scenes. It was also a fun build; and it looks amazing displayed with my other sets.

By the way, the Sith trooper pack isn't OT, it's expanded universe (EU), from The Old Republic game to be exact. The vehicle is kinda lame in that pack but I like having 4 printed minifigures over two brick built droids.
