Hi Guys,

I have been working on a new project since the tsats challenge.

So now I'm finished and I will be uploading pics and video soon.. However.. I thought since I'm still pretty new to these parts and moc-ing and a lot of people haven't heard that much about me yet I would start with a little teaser pic.. To create a bit of interest & speculation on what I might have been up to.

So here is a little clue, Feel free to have a guess and all will be revealed in a day or two..

So you're making a MOC of you cleaning up your room?

Edited by gotoAndLego

Either it has something to do with 8070 or it has something to do with megabloks, I don't know?

I look forward to seeing what you make with just THAT selection of parts. :classic:

Haha well that is a problem.. Those are the parts I didn't use

It has plenty to do with 8070..

I assume that it will have 4 wheels and a V8 engine...

Yes it will..

Here's a safe guess -- it's

There is just no fooling some people

Ok so as promised I made you guess.. and now I can reveal my work. :classic:

I made this jeep using only Technic set 8070. My aim was to create an alternate or C model for the set.

This Moc uses 95% of the parts from the set. I'm not sure what percentage of total parts a true alternate would use but I think its pretty good.

This model features,

Independent suspension to all 4 wheels.

HOG steering external control from back

Mechanically opening Doors external control on side

Mechanically opening bonnet/hood internal control in cab

Motorized V8 engine

Working motorized 4 speed gearbox ratio: 1 = 1:5, 2 = 1:3, 3 = 3:5 4 = 1:1

This model will drive on the floor quite well in 1st gear. Plus there is a slip gear in the gearbox on 1st and 2nd which helps on rough terrain.

All the pics are on my moc pages. my moc pages

I'm not sure how to get them on here without making them tiny If someone can help me :classic: ..

There will be a video next week.. I hope... I have started work on it

ENJOY!

HENRY

the styling is super! but independent suspension doesnt belong on a jeep...

however, it is all you had to work with, so i guess its great in this case...

 Thanks.. I think..

I call it a super jeep a bit more sporty like a supercar a bit off less off roady than a jeep..

Maybe that will help me to get away with it

Maybe like a Jeep SRT8! jeepsrt3.jpg

This is a great alternate model! It deserves instructions. Great job!
