Hello. I do enjoy it when there is a contest on Eurobricks. There are so many entries that you can enter. My entry for this contest is a small redcoat fort entitled: Soldiers' Fort.

I got the inspiration for it from other older LEGO forts and castles, plus from the old BBC television program, Camberwick Green.

Here is a view of the figs for the fort.

nice idea!

a town just to the west of me still has their Fort down town as a museum and a lady at my church works there. so this is a familiar site to me.

nice job by the way. good luck on the contest

Nice idea! It is not that uncommon for old cities to have some medieval buildings, like a fort, mixed with modern ones. However, if I were you, I would use a tiled pavement instead of a studded one. This would integrate it more into the existing set of modulars :)

Honestly, for this to be a viable entry you need to up the level of detail; would you agree that it doesn't match the complexity of your Market Street next to it. At least work in some of the wall techniques from the Lord of th Rings sets like Helms Deep. I'm pretty sure the sidewalk needs to be made using 2x2 tiles. The concept is great but the execution needs to be refined.
