I just noticed that this set is available again at Lego SAH (US) for those of you interested.

Wouldn't it be easier to place the camera on the table and either turn up the ISO and lower the shutter speed/Fstop than to use fillflash? ;-)

...It's Hospital Vignette to the rescue! I think the blue 1 x 2 tile is supposed to be the pillow, and the white panel is a chart at the foot of the bed. It works best if you just lay the fig on the bed (rather than fix it to the studs) like in this model I built this morning:
