Kronos Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 I got mine from RC4WD, but I don't see them on there anymore... they are really nice! I have the same tires. They look awesome and work great on tha 9398 and 41999. Quote
Junpei Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 Yeah, if I get a 9398 i'm getting those too. And @DreadedBeard you should post some of your MOCs, the ones I've seen are fantastic! Quote
zux Posted September 7, 2013 Posted September 7, 2013 Arrived and fitted: From photos I can say these tires doesn't look to be soft at all. How are they? Quote
Rockbrick Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 From photos I can say these tires doesn't look to be soft at all. How are they? They are soft but not too soft which is a bonus I think - I think its the foam they came with - they were very cheap perhaps thats why .... Quote
VKTechnic Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Here are the Axial 1.9" Ripsaw Tires (R35 Compound) mounted on my WIP Toyota Land Cruiser 80. Specs: Width: 1.9" (39mm) Inner Diameter: 1.9" (48mm) Outer Diameter: 4.3" (109mm) Quote
efferman Posted September 26, 2013 Author Posted September 26, 2013 The fulda Eco control was made for 1;14 RC trucks and has a rubber compound which is similar to the lego compound. the outer diameter is 81mm, the width is 22mm and the inner diameter is roundabout 43mm. it sits not really tight on the old 24x43 rims maybe some transparent adhesive tape on the rim could solve this problem for display models. for rc, hm maybe there are some different rimms which could fit Quote

Would be excellent for a slightly larger scale truck, just what I'm after. Thanks for sharing! How much do they cost, I can't see a price? rm8 Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 (edited) May be this Fulda's will fit better with rims from 68,8x24 from rare Black cat model team set? Or they (rims) too small for this tires? Edited September 27, 2013 by rm8 Quote

I have the Rock Crushers (linked somewhere in this thread)... and they are really soft. In fact.. they proved to be unsuitable for our robots (despite having excellent grip) because their compound is marking and because the robot turning system is based on a skid-steer system it quickly left black lines all over the robot tracks and confused the robot because it didn't know which line to follow!!! We switched back to standard Lego tires because they don't mark when they skid and meant I didn't have to clean the tracks with Turpentine after every training session. efferman Posted September 27, 2013 Author Posted September 27, 2013 How much do they cost, I can't see a price? on amazon they have cost roundabout 18,50€. on rc4wd are several different types of semi truck tires which have the same dimensions and should fit too. rm8 which diameter have the 68,8x24 rims? lukeandahalf Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 (edited) I recently bought 9392 Quad Bike from my local Lego store solely for the wheels/tires. I have enjoyed building in this scale and reading all of this has me wondering if these tires would be able to stretched to fit these wheels from 9392? The Rock Crusher Micro tires have an ID of 25.5mm while the OD of the 56145 wheels is 30.4 Thanks! Edit: Picture Edited October 1, 2013 by lukeandahalf Quote
TasV Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 I have some photos on here somewhere in this thread of the Losi Rock Crusher Micros on lego rims... they fit nicely. Quote
lukeandahalf Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Thanks! Not sure how I missed that, must have skipped a page :( Will be ordering A set ASAP. Quote
Tamas Juhasz Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Hi! I was thinking about an order of these wheels, but they seems too cheap to me, and the seller doesn't wrote the company which produced the wheels, maybe they are copy/fake of the Ansmann and RC4WD wheels: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160838773023?var=460088207523&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 (original: http://store.rc4wd.com/Rock-Crusher-XT-19-Tires_p_691.html ) Or do you suggest to order the wheels from the USA (RC4WD)? How much would be the cheapest shipping for 4 wheels to EU (Hungary)? Should I pay additional charges in case of $30 value, or only the item+shipping price? Is here anybody who ordered from RC4WD store to Europe? Quote
rm8 Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 These tires are also 1.9 and they fit well at 56 mm lego rims. You can find Jeep Wrangler from Jackson somwhere here. He used these tires. Quote
Junpei Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 12.50 Euros? Maybe I'll buy a set of these, the ones from RC4WD are more than twice as expensive... Quote
