I am one of the few non maths/science/creative people here.

I work in government policy, but my main area is legislation development, drafting instruction and passage (with research and what not added in for fun).

I'm a mathematician working in EE/CS research. I haven't really been able to connect that stuff to my Lego hobby though.

Former corporate lawyer who helped large multinationals fire vulnerable employees and escape their contractual obligations.

I later sought a more amoral profession, and became a tax consultant, specializing in corporate taxation and further specializing in the financial services industry, where I help some of the most ludicrously overpaid companies in the world save even more money.

I'm a primary school teacher. Since it is hard to find a job I substitute on various schools. I'm also a substitute teacher on a secondary school for kids with a learning disability (below average IQ). Since it is hard to find a full time job as a teacher I also have to a part time job at the local cinema (FREE MOVIE TICKETS HURRAH).

So that's about it. Oh I also aspire to write kids books some day.

Wow, I definitely don't see that in Arkansas.

Michigan State police are the only ones that do that. The sign itself lights up when the rest of the emergency lights are activated. There alos one of the few (if not the only) agencie in the U.S. that uses the old school single rotator "gumball" light on the roof.

Hi all!

I work in IT - I do first line support and client relationship work for an online gambling company. My main focus is looking after our Trading team (the bookies who set the odds and trade the games live). It's quite interesting (if you like sport). One of the perks of my job is that I have two TV's on my desk with 60+ sports channels to look at. :)

I deliver parcels for Yodel (sometimes i deliver lego and hearing it rattle in the box makes me smile every time) but i'm training to be a primary school teacher which is what i really want to do.

My job isn't very good but it pays quite well i guess, the recent change from weekly to monthly pay has been a killer though :sceptic:

During the school year I'm a guidance counselor, during the summer months I work at a mental health provider and counsel troubled adults.

Currently going to school for Computer information systems while I work, going to try to get in on the design bit of that and maybe one day work for Lego.

By day, like many others, I am working towards my mechanical engineering degree. By night I am working as director of maintenance in a 90,000sq. ft. office building. Leisure time I spend restoring things or working on my car or friend's cars default_classic.gif

I am a US Army Armor Crewman on the M1 series Main Battle Tanks, currently in a staff job as a Inspector General. I have been in for 15 years and have 5 left before I retire from the military life and persue a career in law enforcement.

Without going into specifics, my department is working on something related to Lego at the moment. It's been hella cool, and I have to actively fight not to start geeking out every time we work on that file.

Good luck Spidey! sounds like a dream job to me. Mine is very unglamourous. I'm just building out desks and formatting and reinstalling old laptops with XP - very dull!
