NEWS FLASH........Giant blonde woman destroys parts of New Mannum.......people run away in fear......Batman unavailable ! :sadnew:

Today, my wife in one of her many mood swings......sigh......went a little over the edge.....I now must this week rebuild one pub, one hardware store and one supermarket....the latter two totally level and pieces everywhere ! :cry_sad:

Next task is find somewhere safe to store the 48x48 plates loaded up with everything..........though there might be a silver cloud....I could make some changes to the Mitre 10 or change the position of the supermarket and hardware store.....what does everyone think ?

Keep on watching......because you never know what's going to happen next ! :look:

Oh my Brick. Are the minifigs OK? Nobody disassembled? Hehehehe. Maybe this is late Mayan prophecy?

Anyway, I'll keep fingers crossed and hope you will rearrange everything...

Stay well Tiger!

Did you get in trouble for buying those series 9 minifigures?

Looking forward to seeing the rebuild. No suggestions, I quite liked it just the way it was.

No, but the judge was unimpressed and the local girl made-good as a starlet called her bodyguards, but they were on a beer break !

I was planning changes but the only ones might be the positions to the two stores.......hardware + supermarket or supermarket + hardware....? :look:

To be fair I did not like it anyway.......

And if she reads this she has done the right thing. :sweet:

Ok joking aside it's a shame that it got sat-on? But I am sure you will rebuild it and at the same time improve it greatly.

Maybe you should build your new houses out of technic.

I think you should build it on a promenade and then add some small boats, cars, lots of people and more buildings.

I'm not sure buildings full of techpin holes would look good actually....unless it was set in a war zone I guess.

No ideas on leaving the building in their current position or switch them ? :look:

Your right 'LCM'.....I might just move the two buildings around...ie. switch them and see what everyone thinks of the repositioning and you kind folks don't like it I'll switch it back....it is Lego isn't it ?

A whole hour it took to restore everything, I choose to leave the buildings as they are though some very, very ting changes were made see if you can see them.....look carefully then...

I struck a deal with my boss (wife), the rear bedroom is my man(Lego)-cave....so after some furniture moving today I have a work area where I can sleep too.....ah, peace even when the dog comes back - four leg kind - Bella is a good excuse to leave the wife for a few hours !

Now plans, plans.....yes, next up will or should be a police vehicle of some sort.....we do get a few drunks and mad blondes around this town !

Keep watching as usual everyone ! :classic:

Glad to see your negotiations went well I must be lucky to have my wife be into Lego as much as I am. Is that a new key cutting machine in the Mitre 10.

Yes, actually much better now I can work on things into the night if I wish.....my wife does like some Lego she has three collectable minifigs in her room with her favourite being the pink haired punk rocker and she also likes the winter themed stuff plus some of the city stuff......as long as she likes it !

Had to change the key cutter slightly but yes, did you notice the foot grate in front of the supermarket door.....I forgot to do that months ago.

I need to start planning that police vehicle....eh ?

All your excellent signs distracted me but I know what you mean by missing things. A lot of times I will see things that got missed months after I have built something.

And I found that in Legos and model railroading that all those little details can make a good model into a great model.

Very true, when I went into my dark times I went into HO scale railways and building of course buildings....customizing them as well.....though that lasted about 3 years tops.....electronics took over. .

And then when I found myself exiting my dark times.....my old habits came back.....more to come.....so keep on watching !

Incredible MOC. A lot of details and ideas useful for my future building attempts.

Thank you and by look means use whatever you see to inspire you to create.....perhaps something similar but with your own country's take on it. :classic:
